Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

Guys, Dont get disappointed if not selected in the school that you were looking fot. I m sure there must be some thing good waiting for our kid. My kid too did not get into APJ, Amity Noida, Somerville and FAS but waiting for result from VBPS, Bal Bharti, DPS Noida and Cambridge if I get in any of these school else there are some other schools. Any way we need to spend quality time with our loved ones and every thing wuuld be allright

We had our interaction yesterday in Apeejay and got confirmation call today. We have our 2nd interaction in Amity tomorrow. Only applied to these two schools. We could wait for a year as out child is only 2.6 now and not eligible to all schools but have decided to go with Apeejay though we would attend Amity interview tomorrow.

Same is the case with us Jigmit. We only applied in Appejay and Amity. Dint get through Amity and Appejay's second interaction is on 21st. Hoping for the best.

Apeejay as it was of previous year...
simple basic questions on parenting, choice for Apeejay, occupation& education related..by the Principal...and in one corner the other teacher asking child basic stuffs like rhyme, colours, shapes,,.

(some parents were saying that Apeejay had confirmed to call from 5th onwards to individual selected parents....pls confirm if anyone of this Forum has received any call---Best wishes in advance:)

Hi Ashish,

The principal asked generic questions like our educational background, why we chose Amity over other schools (as my wife is from DPS) and our views on whether the age criteria should be strictly following during nursery admissions. He seemed very candid and likable.

I also want to highlight here that we conciously let go of Amity though we were called for second round once we got into APJ as got negative feedback on Amity from two of my colleagues who have children there. Also our playgroup teacher advised that APJ is more suited to us and our children.

As per my collegue in class 2 her son had to make a model of big bazaar which she and other parents ended up making and many such assignments way ahead of their years. She told me that she regrets her decision to let go of APJ years back in favor of Amity.

I got the cue from them and then made the decision.

Also my kids are very fond of swimming and there is no Swimming pool in Amity.
