Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

As your child is already studying in DPSGV, can you provide its feedback both positive as well as some negative aspects. It will be really helpful for us.

Could you please share complete breakup? i,e Admission charges, Annual charges, Stationary, AC charges etc.

Also is there any DA component added in the fees?

I'm paying quarterly tuition fees of Rs 15,550/-. So my information of 30% fees hike is correct. Could you share detailed breakup of all the fees component.

DPSGV is a good school, I'm satisfied by the overall focus of the school in academics as well as extra activities.

Detailed breakup is below:

Admission Charges Rs. 25,000

Annual Charges (Including books one time) Rs. 16500

AC Charges: Rs. 4000

Security Deposit Rs. 5000

Ist Quarter tution fee Rs. 19,737

Total being 70,237.

Thanks for your views about DPSGV but still I am keen to know some detailed feedback, if you could provide. Can you tell me the student teacher ratio in nursery.

Hi Shaely,

My daughter is studying in Nursery in DPSGV... We are extremely satisfied with her academic as welll as overall progress. The Student ratio is 30:2... One helping maid is there in the classroom. Teachers are qualified and cooperative. You can talk to them anytime after school hours. They had provided the mobile no of their class teacher on the very first day of their school. They pay good attention to all their students. Apart from writing and coloring work, they do have story and rhyme session.Apart from daily work, the quantity and quality of extra curricular activities is also good. Not much stress on home work (half a page writing work of alphabets or numbers taught in the class, colouring or some craft work - not daily-- alternatively) .. My daughter takes an active interest in her studies and is fond of writing , so I have no issues in writing practice session at home..Classrooms are AC and spacious...

Thanks a lot for the detailed feedback. This is really very very helpful. And now this is giving a confidence that the selection of DPSGV is really the best selection. Actually on this forum some parents wrote that "they have chosen DPSGV but they know that this is not best". So I was under some doubt but now I all doubts are clear.

Ya true Shaely, I also heard some mixed reviews about the school in this forum last year... Mainly on the discipline issue but that time Principal of DPSG, Ms Jyoti Gupta was their acting Principal. Now they have a full time Principal. Infrastructure is not that great.(like DPSI).. I am not so bothered on this area..Another issue arisen was the fee hike, which also got some negative publicity for them.

Apart from qualified teachers, best part is the student teacher ratio where kids get good personal attention from teachers and they are available post school hours too on phone for your personal queries.. In their school bus also, a teacher and a helper accompanies kids for their safety purpose. (bus is not AC).

For me, academics and extra curricular activities are important and top of everything, the overall personality development of my kiddo, which I know she is on the right path. Best part is my daughter eagerly looks forward to her school daily and wants to go even if she is not well.. This more than enough for us..

I personally believe that personal attention from parents at home is the base of the strong foundation for kid's overall development.

Infrastructure is very bad in DPSI....I personally went to the school and really depressed with the infrastructure, organization, attitude, coordination and behaviour
