Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2024-25

I see..I agree but i somehow see Amity as far better than KPS, Sahibabad. Can you please talk more about those 'hidden charges'? I mean i tried analysing and then reached to Rs10k per month + annual charges but i guess you'd know more than i do.

I suppose you should go for Amity if you can afford 10-12 max a month. Its not a matter of 40000 only. what best can be given to the child shd be seen. If fee gap is marginal go fr amity. Distance is again a question.

Sorry Swati Jain but wat about project fees for every month...as we are not paying anything like that (I dnt know your sources!!! and its not that Amity is charging way ahead of all schools in same slot...I dnt agree on that!!

But yes Banish distance is a big criteria..for a 3yr old kid 11 km vs 4km will surely make a difference...in this ever threatening scenario of transport, sooner the child is at home better it is...I am really in favour of that and KPS is also a good school!! I would suggest stick to it!!!

I agree kamal..but here's what i think of distance criteria (please mind that i am sure i may be wrong at this) - she wouldnt stay 3 forever and i m afraid of a situation wherein i think i should have gone with amity since its has a bigger name/records. I also agree about her security while commuting but that's makes me think that if i have to trust KPS Transport, i better also trust that of Amity.

I am a first timer in all these so may be wrong in my thoughts. Would appreciate anything you/other senior parents can suggest. Type whatever comes in the mind, you wouldn't sound rude :)

Also, i guess your ward is in KG in Amity V-6, can you please advise on the financial piece too.

Banish for sure that kid will not be 3 ever, so it may take a toll on kid for some few initial years, but then I didnt compared transport wrt KPS or amity but in general seeing our traffic scenarios, so be it KPS, Amity or any other we have to trust them and till now we have been satisfied with transport facility of Amity.

About financial aspect, We are having ard 7000/-pm including transport, which may a bit higher for you as you live at a distant place., but we dnt see any hidden charges (as mentioned by Swati Jain) and about monthly project assignments they hardly cost more than 200/- (the material which we have to arrange and mostly is done from the things available at home) so not a big deal.

Yes if distance is not a great botheration (seeing long term plan) you should surely go with Amity.

Rest final call is yours!!!

Banish, I am in same state as you for Amity. I have got my kid admitted to Bal Bharti. Now I am still in dilemma that,

1. Should I change the school this year if I get the chance or should I try next year?

2. Considering my kid is just 2 and half year old and me and my wife are bit worried about things like he may not be able to keep sync with elder kids and this may hamper his overall growth, he might get bullied by elder kid or he will be ignored?

I request experienced parents to suggest as I hope second question would be there in many parent's mind.

Banish. Do not worry about schools too much. In every school there are 20% min students that score above 90%, can we be a little more confident that our kid will be in this top 20%.

My son has been selelcted in Ryan, KPS, Vishwa Bharti, and sommerville international ..pls suggest which one to choose

I am planing to get it done in VBPS. so 3 seats will automatically get vacant....

@narendra yo can try in KPS you will get seat there..
