- Passport size photographs of Child and Parents.
- Date of Birth Certificate.
- Immunization Card's copy
- Address Proof.
- Payment proof of Registration fees i.e. message from Bank / the Bank Statement.

Mine is also sheduled on 6 th september for interaction.

let c i'll go for interaction rest decision can be taken after that, as i am still waiting for APJ Noida, Amity Noida, DPS Noida.

Its mentioned on website you need submit it with the required documents and registration fees of 350.
