St. Anthony’s Convent School is an unaided Christian minority School run by Franciscan sisters Trust .Provisions of RTE Act on admissions are not applicable to Minority schools.

Admission Notice: –

Forms for Pre-School admission will be available from the school website only (www.stanthonyschool.in) from 1st January, 2016 onwards as per the order given by Directorate of Education.

The completed forms with all the required documents must be submitted by the parents to the school office on 18, 19, 20, 21 & 22 January 2016 from 10: 00 a.m. to 12 Noon. Children born between 01/12/2011 and 30/11/2012 only are eligible for Admission to LKG.

Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- & passport size photograph of the child with parents must be given at the time of submission of form.

Age

(a) The child should be at least three (03) years old and should not be more than four (04) years old as on 31st March, 2016 for admission in Pre-School Class.

Registration

Registration forms shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from Friday, 1st January 2016 to Friday, 22nd January 2016 between 08:00 a.m. to 02:30 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.

The filled in Registration forms should be deposited at the reception of the school between 08:00 a.m. to 02:30 p.m. on all working days. The last date for deposit of application form for registration shall be Friday the 22nd January 2016 upto 03:00 p.m.

Online Registration

Parents can also Register Online, However the filled in Registration Form along with the required necessary documents must compulsorily be submitted at the reception of the school by Friday, 22nd January 2016 upto 03:00 p.m.

(Online Registration is not mandatory)

Self attested photocopy of the computerized birth certificate issued by the competent authority.

Self attested copy of:

Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child).
Domicile certificate of child or of his / her parents.
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
Aadhaar card / UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

Affidavit in case of first born child.

Self attested photocopy of the Identity Card (both sides) issued by the school or fee receipt showing the admission number of the sibling, in case of sibling category.

1. WE have 2 houses regidsterd in our name , one is 5.3 kms and another is 1.7 kms away from the desired school ...

the one we live in is 5.3 kms away and 1.7 one is vacant ...

Can we subit the address proof details of the house which is 1.7 kms away while furnish the form and the kid been picked and dropped at the 5.3 kms house .. ?

2. THE REGISTRATION FEE OF Rs 25 , HAS TO BE SUBMITTED IN THE FORM OF DRAFT ?

3. The affidavit of First child or Girl child has to be given in orriginal at the time of submitting the form to school ?

Schools like dps rkp get physical verification done n some send by post

fees school specific ( credit card /dradt etc)
