ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL / PRE PRIMARY CLASSES
1. The Application Form is available free of cost at the school reception from 08.30 am to 1.00 p.m.
& on the school website round the clock. The same can be downloaded from the school website
(www.thesovereignschool.com) and an amount of Rs. 25/- can be paid at the time of Registration.
2. The child should be minimum of 3 years as on 31st March, 2016 for admission to Pre-School and
minimum of 4 years for admission to Pre-Primary as per Government norms.
3. Duly filled in Application Form should be submitted at the school Reception on or before
22th January 2016.
4. The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the Application
5. Duly attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however
original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission only.
6. The list of General candidates will be displayed on the school website
(www.thesovereignschool.com) as well as school notice board as per schedule.
7. The Application Form submitted at the school reception does not entitle the candidate for admission
in school unless the candidate’s name is present in the Selected Candidates List (for Pre School only).
8. Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. Kindly avoid any kind of cutting, fluid markings and over-
writing in the form.9. Fee need to be deposited at the reception at the time of admission only.
10.An optional transport facility is made available to the students subject to the availability of seats from
any particular area. In case, the school transport is not available, the parents will have to make their
own arrangements. Routes charted by the school will not be changed.
11. School Hours (Summers and Winters):
v Pre-School & Pre Primary - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday)
v Classes I – X: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Intimated Saturdays will be working)

(iv) Appropriate documentation in case of orphans/ physically challenged parent / SC /ST / OBC.
(v) Appropriate documentation in case of Single Parent.
(vi) Appropriate documentation in case of change in name of mother/ father after marriage; divorce,
(vii) Appropriate documentation in case of Defence & Civil Personnel.
(viii) ID proof of both Father and Mother.
(ix) Previous Class Report Card for admission in class I or above
(x) Transfer Certificate for admission in classes except Pre-School & Pre Primary.
(xi) I-Card of sibling (photocopy) in case of Sibling of the Child.

(i) Authentic document for Blood Group of the child.
(ii) Updated Immunization Record.
(iii) Medical Fitness Certificate by M.D. Doctor.
(iv) Proof of overseas transfers.
(v) Two copies of passport size photograph of the child and one photograph each of parents (father,
mother & guardian) to be enclosed in a duly labeled small envelope.
(vi) Registration Receipt.
(vii) Other Documentation as per the requirement of Admission formality.

Lathaa ji..they have asked me to come...but as per their Fee structure they may ask the deposit of initial charge of Rs 35000 which includes the annual charges and quarterly fee....My daughter is already studying in a Kindergarten school which is branch of Vandana International School and has got an option to be transferred to Vandana at class 2 ....so I am thinking should I block a Seat in sam or Continue in the Kindergarten School?

Hi Admission Nursery Team,
Again thanks to whole team with the help of which my elder son got admission in Heritage School, Rohini in 2014 ,
Now , i applied for my younger son.
With the scrap of of Management Quota and other 62 Categories ,I am little bit confused regarding the siblings / first child / girl points.
In my view points are different from quota.
Request you to please clarify. Will it remain as it is get scrap ?
