INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-SCHOOL REGISTRATION: 

Please note that registrations are open only for Pre-School 

Important :

1. You are advised to fill-in Online Form.

2. The Online Registration Forms will be available at the school website from 1.12.2022 (Thursday) to 23.12.2022 (Friday). The last date for receiving all forms is 23.12.2022 (Friday).

3. Registration Forms sent by email /post / courier will not be considered.

4. Please read this page carefully and understand it before filling the Registration Form.

5. Submit the details online and pay the Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having Registration Number and online payment details.

6. Last date of submitting complete Registration Form online: 23.12.2022 (Friday). No need to send separate emails.

7. Total number of seats available is 160. (which includes EWS/DG Category -40)

8. Children whose birth date falls between 1st March 2019 and 31st March 2020 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2023-24. (3 Years to 4.1 Years old)

9. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.

10. Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring hard copies of the pre-filled and signed online Registration Form along with the self-attested photocopies of the original documents as supporting evidence; on the day of verification. Submission of incorrect data may lead to cancellation of place on the list.

11. Following criteria for admission for open seats is as per DoE norms for private unaided recognized schools:

3. If applying under SIBLING CATEGORY, a copy of the latest paid fee bill of the sibling is to be submitted. (If not supported by the latest fee bill of SVIS, sibling points will not be awarded)
    

The admission schedule for admissions to Pre-School, 2023-24 is as below:

3. Uploading details of children who applied to the school for admission under Open Seats on the school website (www.svis.org.in) as per the point system –06.01.2023 (Friday)

4. Seeking clarification, if any, of the submitted online data by school and resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their wards –09.01.2023 (Monday) to 11.01.2023 till 10:00 a.m.(Wednesday) (No changes / objections will be allowed after 11.01.2023, 10:00 a.m.)

5. a) Date of draw of lots as per the point system – 12.01.2023 (Thursday) – 02.00 p.m.  

    b) Displayed on the website of school (www.svis.org.in) on 20.1.2023 by 11:00 a.m. Lists will not be displayed on the school gate.

6. Final verification by school of the selected candidates and admission for the successful candidates of the main list – from 13.01.2023(Friday) to 23.01.2023 (Monday)

7. Final verification by school of the selected candidates and admission for the successful candidates of the first waiting list - 24.01.2023(Tuesday) to 31.01.2023 (Tuesday)

8. Final verification by school of the selected candidates and admission for the successful candidates of the second waiting list from 01.02.2023 (Wednesday) to 11.02.2023 (Saturday)

9. Subsequent list, if any – 1.03.2023 (Wednesday)

10. Please note: Submission of incorrect data would lead to cancellation of admission, if granted. Hence, all admissions will be initially provisional.
