✽ Shortlisted candidate will have to bring original documents for verification at the time interaction/verification of documents and admission CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED.
✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria: Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the mentioned two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parent)

Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement giving address. (One document for this group - as proof of residence)
Applicants will be shortlisted based on the points acquired in the admission criteria and will be offered admission in order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.
✽ NO TELEPHONIC OR PERSONAL INQUIRIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED REGARDING THE STATUS OF ANY APPLICATION.
✽ Sardar Patel Vidyalaya is a Co- Educational Institution and, as a part of its philosophy, shall endeavour to maintain gender parity.
✽Admission will be valid only if the applicable fees and charges are paid in full by the prescribed date, together with necessary documents/certificates and on completion of all other required formalities.

As per the DOE circular, age relaxation for admission to Pre-School 2023-24 of up to 30 days has been considered for children born between 1st March 2019 and 31st March 2019. This age relaxation is at the discretion of the Head of School.
Admission to each year group depends on a vacancy. There are a limited number of children and three sections to each class. Application for admission need to be sent to admissions@vasantvalley.edu.in
All applications are kept on record for three months.
A Fresh application needs to be sent to reiterate your interest, if you do not hear from the school office in three months time. No form needs to be filled at the time of application. In case of children with special needs, the above procedure is to be followed. Admission is dependent on a vacancy in the relevant year group.

The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a
non-refundable fee including (INR 25) Registration Fee and Convenience Fee should be
submitted online.

Online Application Form is an electronic form for Bosco Public School, Sunder Vihar

Only JPEG format can be uploaded for scanned copy of photograph.
After completing the Application Form, click on the `I Agree`- button for online
submission of non-refundable registration fee. The application shall be considered
only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
Immediately after the payment, an application number will be generated and an
acknowledgement e-mail containing the preview of the submitted application form will
reach your registered Email Id. An SMS will also be sent on the mobile number
mentioned by you in the Application Form.
In case of any discrepancy of any form, kindly write an E-mail to
queries@boscopublicschool.com.
No change will be entertained by the school after the submission of the form.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
Application Procedure At A Glance

Important Note:
Due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply.
The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to

Transport will be provided on existing routes only. Since limited transport facilities are
available on specific routes, admission will not automatically ensure a seat in the school
bus. Customized routes on school bus will not be entertained. Kindly ensure availability
of transport facility before taking admission. Moreover , there is no provision for using
2 different modes of transport in the morning and afternoon .Kindly note that PreSchool/Pre-Primary bus routes are limited, and different from the Senior School bus
routes.
It is the responsibility of the parent to clarify school transport related details before
initiating the admission process.

All relevant documents will be verified before the display of lists. The applicants shall

Final Admission is subject to verification of the following documents to be produced in
Original.
Photocopies will not be accepted as proof. However, a set of photocopies of the
documents will be required to be attached with the admission form.
a) Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (Original Certificate will
be submitted to the school)
b) Aadhar Card: As per new CBSE norms.
c) Proof of residence Passport / Registered Lease Deed / Electricity Bill / MTNL Bill/
Water Bill / Electoral Card / Ration Card (For EWS / Disadvantaged Group) /
Aadhar Card
d) In case of Sibling – Fee receipt of the sibling studying in Ambience Public School.
e) Alumni – Parent’s School Leaving Certificate is required as proof.
16. Declaration from parents:
a) Parents will certify that all the information provided by them is correct.
b) Parents also understand that the application/registration / shortlisting does not
guarantee admission to their ward.
c) Parents accept the process of admission undertaken by the school and will abide by
the decision taken by the school authorities.
d) Parents accept that in the case of twin children, in a situation of the draw of lots,
the name of both will be considered in a single slip

2. Fill the form in CAPITAL letters only. |

4. No prospectus will be sold. |
5. Keep details of your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount. |
6. After registering your mobile number / email- id please wait for the OTP to receive the login password. |
7. Fill the form carefully. Avoid duplication. Multiple forms will be rejected automatically. |
8. To print the online submitted form for deposition, please login again with your registered mobile number / email-id. |
9. Print out of the filled registration form along with the supporting documents, duly signed by both the parents , must be submitted at Gate No. 3. The drop box facility would be available till 23rd December, 2022 4:00 p.m. |
10. Physical submission of Online Registration Form is compulsory. |
