Important information regarding admission

1. 1. 1. The child should be born between 01st April 2019 and 31st March 2020.

   2. 2. After filling the form online and uploading jpg/pdf of required documents, online registration fee to be paid. The payment details will be received by you on your registered mobile.

   3. 3. Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification . The date and time of verification will be intimated by email from school. Kindly show the online payment's transaction ID received by you in SMS, at the time of verification.

   4. 4. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.

   5. 5. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.

   6. 6. Incomplete, incorrect or registration forms without payment will automatically stand cancelled.

   7. 7. The spelling of Father's name, Mother's name and Child's name should match with the documents submitted for registration. No change, whatsoever, shall be entertained in future.

   8. 8. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.

   9. 9. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence, including online registration fee payment( ₹ 25/-).

• Age of the child as on 31.3.2023 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2019 and 31.03.2020)
• Please visit the school website before filling up the form for a detailed information about the school.

All the parents are requested to fill the Pre-School Admission form from the school website only at https://bbpspp.balbharati.org

 

• Incomplete or incorrect application shall be rejected.
• All the fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled.
• The payment mode is ONLINE only.
• Please retain the Transaction Id, Receipt and the Copy of the form for any further correspondence.
• Children residing beyond 8 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled after considering all the students within 8 kms.
• The distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance. (Sample attached). Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to cancellation of the application form/admission.
• Please note that the Pre-School classes shall be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children shall move to the main campus in Pre Primary.

• Proof of Residence shall be any of the following documents: (Please note that the residence address should be same as in the documents mentioned here under. Either of the documents MUST be available with the parent at the time of verification of documents, for admission purpose)

 

1. Aadhaar Card / UID Card in the name of parents and child *
2. Voter I-Card in the name of any of the parents *

CRITERIA FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION

The Managing Committee of the School hereby approves the following criteria and schedule for the admission to Pre-School for the Academic Session 2023-24.

 

Total No. of Seats :-  400

 

Children born between 01.04.2019 & 31.03.2020 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for admission to pre-     school. 

 

The proposed criteria for admission for Pre-School (2023-24) is as follows:

 

1. Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:

.Point No. 15(VI) - Regarding documents valid as proof
of address
• Some of indicative documents which can be considered as
proof of residence of parents/child:
(a) Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of
parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
(b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
(c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
(d) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water
bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
(e) Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of
the parents.
Additional Documents Required
• Date of Birth Certificate.
• 3 Photographs of the child (Passport Size).
• 2 Photograph each of the parents

.GENERAL INFORMATION Age Eligibility Criteria –
For admission in the Pre-school (Nursery) the minimum age for admission this
class shall be three years by 31
st March 2023 in which admission is being sought
in accordance with this Directorate of Education, order No.
F./DE/15/1031/ACT/2007/7002 dated 24/11/2007
Vide order dated 18/12/2015; this Directorate fixed the upper age limit for
Admission in entry level classes, which is as under: -
For Pre-School (Nursery) Less than 04 years as on 31st March 2023
For Pre-Primary (KG) Less than 05 years as on 31st March 2023
For Class-1
st Less than 06 years as on 31st March 2023
The registration process will start with effect from 1
st December 2022 and
will end on 23rd December 2022
