REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN PRE SCHOOL

1. Issuance of Registration Forms for Admission in Pre School from 1.12.2022 to 23.12.2022
between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
2. Registration form may also be downloaded from the website of the school
(www.aps.ac.in) and may be submitted (along with the documents & Registration Fee Rs.
25/- in cash) at the Reception Counter (between 9:00am to 12:00 noon) from 1.12.2022 to
23.12.2022.
3. Last date for submission of Registration form:- 23.12.2022 (1.00 pm).
4. For admission in Pre School, minimum age of the child should be 3 years complete as on
31.3.2023 and should be less than 4 years, as per instructions issued, by the Directorate of
Education.
5. For distance it is mandatory to submit the coloured printout (A-4 size paper) showing
correct driving distance using Google map (https://maps.google.co.in) from the
residence of the child to the main gate (gate no.1) of the school, otherwise the
registration form will be rejected without giving any further notice.
On the Google Map, name of the child & serial no. of registration form must be
mentioned.
6. Self attested copies of the following documents to be enclosed with the registration form,
otherwise the Registration form will be rejected without giving any notice.
a) Date of Birth Certificate, issued by M.C.D/any other Local Body.
b) Residence Proof (Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter I-Card, Passport,
MTNL Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill in the name of the father)
c) Coloured (A-4 size) Google Map having driving distance.
d) For Sibling (real brother & sister only) category, the proof of depositing the fee for
complete session 2022-23, otherwise, the child will not be admitted.
e) For Alumni category photocopy of XII class mark sheet / certificate.
7. Parents are suggested to keep, photocopy of filled Registration Form, for future reference.

Admission process for EWS / Disadvantaged Category /CWSN will be conducted through Department of Education.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

• The registration link for Pre-School admission 2023-24 will open on the school website with effect from December 1st, 2022 to December 23rd, 2022
• Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form to avoid any error
• Parent will receive a confirmation mail and SMS on the contact details provided
• Please keep the following documents scanned before you proceed:
  • Decent Passport size photograph of the Child
  • Date of Birth certificate of the Child
• Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A payment option to pay registration fee of Rs 25/- will appear after the form is submitted. The Registration fee does not guarantee admission.
• Submit printout of successfully generated registration receipt / form at school gate by December 23rd, 2022. No other document needs to be submitted along with the printout.
• Last date for submission of receipt is December 23rd, 2022. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by December 23rd, 2022.
• Incomplete and Incorrect applications will be rejected
• Do not submit registration receipt more than once as it may lead to cancellation of your registration
• Admission will be granted subject to the verification of documents only. First List of provisionally selected candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on school website on January 20th, 2023.
• Refund of fee in case of cancellation / withdrawal of admission.
  Fee shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education:

  • Immediately after depositing the fees: Except Registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
  • Within one month after depositing the full fee for the admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month Tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.

 There will be no interaction with parent/child.

 First register with your existing valid email id. Create a new password.
 Then login using your email id and new password created.
 Click on the Registration Form and fill the form carefully.
 Click on “Submit”.
 Make payment of Rs. 25/- towards Registration fee online.
 You will receive a registration no. on successful submission of form.
Kindly preserve the registration no. for all future references till
admission.
 Please take a printout of the duly filled Online Registration Form, affix
