Pre-School (Nursery) Admission
Session 2022-23
 Registration forms will be available online from
15.12.2021(Wednesday) to 07.01.2022 (Friday).
 A fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged online at the time of Registration (NonRefundable).
 The application form will work best in the following browsers Mozilla
Firefox, Google Chrome and Internet Explorer 9.
 Incomplete forms will be rejected without any intimation.
 Only one copy of the form will be accepted; no change of information in
the form will be entertained after the registration process is successfully
completed.
 Filling of online registration form does not entitle the child for admission
in the school.
 Admission procedure is conducted under the supervision of an
Admission Committee. The decision of the Admission Committee in this
regard will be final and binding.
 The list of short-listed candidates will be displayed on the School
Website and Notice Board.
 School does not conduct interview of the parents. However, orientation for
parents of children selected will be conducted.
 In case of Twin Siblings, if the first child gets selected the second child
will automatically get admission.
 The School has considered Google Maps to formulate the Distance
Criteria.
If more than 50% of an area is getting covered according to Google Maps
then the entire area has been considered in the distance classification.

• There will be a draw of lots to select candidates from the General Category.
• In the sibling and alumni categories, if there are more applicants than the number of seats available, the candidates will be selected through draw of lots in their respective categories.
• No applicant will appear in more than one draw of lots.
• In case of twins, if one of them is selected through draw of lots, the other applicant is also considered selected.
• Details of the timings and dates for the draw of lots, will be announced at the school's website (www.rsjms.com ) and eligible applicants will be welcome to be present, if they wish. However, in view of the existing COVID-19 restrictions and protocols, it will not be possible for the school to accommodate every parent at the venue of the lottery. The actual conduct of draw of lots will be recorded on video.
• The schedule to be followed will be in accordance with the guidelines of the Government.

AVAILABILITY AND SUBMISSION OF FORMS

• For admission to classes at the entry level (Pre-School/Pre-Primary/ Class I), the Registration Form will be uploaded on the school website (www.rsjms.com) on Wednesday, 15th December, 2021
• The Form can be filled and submitted online only till Friday, 7th January, 2022.
• Payment of Registration Fee (Rs. 25/-) must be made online after all relevant documents have been attached at the time of submission of the form.
• The documents should be properly scanned and uploaded in appropriate format (JPEG/Pdf) only.
• An incomplete form with unfilled mandatory fields or absence of relevant documents, will be REJECTED and REGISTRATION CANCELLED.
• After submission of duly filled application form, a receipt with a unique Registration Number will be generated for the applicant, which can be downloaded by the parent and saved for record.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH APPLICATION FORM:

• Self-attested photocopy of the Date of Birth Certificate of the child.
• In case of parent/s being alumni, duly signed certificate from the Principal, Modern School, Barakhamba Road/Principal, Modern School, Vasant Vihar.
  [Definition of Alumni (Modernite):
  a) One who has passed the Board Examination class X and class XII and remained on the rolls of Modern School continuously for not less than 4 years.
  b) One who has been on the rolls of Modern School continuously for not less than 8 years.]

Procedure for online Registration

Parents are requested to visit the school’s website: www.rosarychurchschool.com to fill the registration form. Thereafter they should take a print out of the on-line filled registration form with acknowledgement slip and submit the same at Rosary Church School, Church Compound, Radio Colony, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-9, with a registration fee of Rs.25/- from 27th December 2021 to 07 th January 2022 on all working days (Monday to Friday) from 08.30.A.M to 10.00.A.M. On-line submission of forms will be considered only on submission of the filled registration form along with a fee of Rs.25/-only. Non-submission of filled on-line registration forms will not be considered for candidature.

Any alteration on printed Registration Form will not be accepted and will be treated as cancelled.

•  A self attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. Christians must also attach a self attested photocopy of Baptism Certificates of both parents and child apart from MCD birth certificate. Only computerised Birth Certificate issued by the MCD will be accepted.
• Parents of the Christian candidates belonging to the main stream churches must attach a letter from their respective Parish Priests / Pastors testifying that they are the practicing members of the respected churches as preference will be given only to the practicing Christians. Parents of the Christian candidates must be a Baptised practicing member of main stream church for atleast 5 years.
• Proof of Residence Voter ID card/Telephone Bill (MTNL)/ Electricity bill/Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parent or child / Aadhaar Card / Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
• Proof of sibling (Real brother/ sister studying in Rosary School) Attach a photocopy of Fee Receipt of the current academic year 2021-2022. ? Proof of Alumni ROSA member or Father /Mother is an Ex-Student and has passed out X / XII from Rosary School (attach photocopies of CBSE passing Certificate / School Leaving Certificate/ROSA membership card)
• Non –Indians must attach photocopy of their passport.

 

List of the provisionally selected candidates will be displayed on the school website on 04.02.2022 at 05.00PM. Kindly follow the instructions.

 

Children of Practicing Christian parents (Main stream Churches) and staff children shall have the preference in admission irrespective of areas. The remaining seats, if any, will be given for the open category. Since Rosary Church School is a Christian minority Co-education School, to maintain the equilibrium among the boys and girls, equal number of seats will be allocated for admission. In case, we are unable to get candidates from a particular gender, the remaining seats will be considered from other gender .The same criteria will apply for draw of lots, if any.

No grand parents and relatives will be allowed for Draw of Lots. The Ecumenical Guidelines prepared by the CBCI Commission for ecumenism lists following churches as having valid Baptism. (Main stream Churches)
