6. ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PRODUCED AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION FOR THE
GRANT OF ADMISSION:
PLEASE NOTE THAT:
1) Registration Form found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
Registration of your child does not guarantee any right/claim for selection for grant of
admission.
2) No UNDER-TAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of
verification of documents.
3) Any earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class
stands void.
4) Attach the self-attested photocopies of the listed documents in PDF format along with the
registration form at the time of online submission.
5) Bring original documents, three passport size photographs of the candidate and a joint

3. Admission Criteria for Pre-school

• Age Criteria:
  Minimum 3 years as on 31st March 2022.
  Maximum 4 years as on 31st March 2022.
  
  NOTE: As per the DOE Circular No.- DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871 Dated - 30/11/2021, Parents seeking age relaxation in maximum or minimum age limit for Pre-school can drop an application at the School's reception on any working day between 9 am to 1 pm.

Admission process for EWS / Disadvantaged Category /CWSN will be conducted through Department of Education.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

• The registration link for Pre-School admission 2022-23 will open on school website with effect from December 15, 2021 to January 7, 2022
• Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form to avoid any error
• Parent will receive a confirmation mail and SMS on the contact details provided
• Please keep the following documents scanned before you proceed:
  • Decent Passport size photograph of the Child
  • Date of Birth certificate of the Child
• Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A payment option to pay registration fee of Rs 25/- will appear after the form is submitted. The Registration fee does not guarantee admission.
• Submit printout of successfully generated registration receipt / form at the school gate by January 7th, 2022. No other document need to be submitted along with the printout.
• Last date for submission of receipt is January 7th, 2022. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by January 7th, 2022
• Incomplete and Incorrect applications will be rejected
• Do not submit registration receipt more than once as it may lead to cancellation of your registration
• Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents only. First List of provisionally selected candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on school website on February 4th, 2022.
• Refund of fee in case of cancellation / withdrawal of admission.
  Fee shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education:

  • Immediately after depositing the fees: Except Registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
  • Within one month after depositing the full fee for the admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month Tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.
• Closure of Admission process: March 31st, 2022

Admission criteria is given below:
1. Age: Only children who complete three years by March 31, 2022 are eligible
for admission to Pre-School for the academic year 2022-23.
(Born between 01.04.2018 and 31.03.2019).
Age relaxation of up to 30 days is applicable. Children born between 02-03-2018 to
30-04-2019 may apply for admission to Pre-School. 
Christians: This school being an unaided minority school run by the Delhi
Orthodox Syrian Church Society, all the Orthodox Syrian Christians fulfilling the
age criteria will be admitted on producing the documentary evidence from their
respective Parish Priest, to this effect, along with the application. Other Syrian
Christians will also be considered.
2. Management Quota: 20% (36 seats)
3. EWS and Disadvantaged groups: St. Paul’s School is an unaided minority
institution. Minority schools are exempted from the ambit of RTE.
4. Staff Quota: 5% of the seats are reserved as staff quota for the children of the
employees of the school.
5. Open Seats: The remaining seats, which are not covered under the above
categories will be allotted to those who obtain maximum points based on the
parameters prescribed hereunder. The unfilled seats in the above categories will be
added to the general category.
6. If the number of candidates with the same points is more than the available seats,
then a draw of lots will be taken to decide the eligible candidates.
