Please note that the registrations are open only for Pre-School/NURSERY (3+)
Important:
- You are advised to fill in Online form.
- The online registration forms will be available at the school website from Wednesday, 15th December, 2021, to Friday, 07th January, 2022.The last date for receiving all forms is Friday, 07th January, 2022..
- Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.
- Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
- Completed Registration Form needs to be submitted online latest by Friday, 07th January, 2022.
- Total number of seats available are153. (General Category-115 and EWS/DG Category -38)
- Children whose birth date falls between 1st April 2018 and 31st March 2019 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2022-23.
- This registration will be treated as provisional until you submit the duly completed scanned documents online before due date.
- The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
- Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted data. Please bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies as supporting evidence of the filled-in data on the day of verification.
- The Criteria for admission for open seats is as per DOE norms for private unaided recognized schools as follows:

- Commencement of admission process :15.12.2021 (Wednesday).
- Commencement of availability of Registration forms : 15.12.2021 (Wednesday).
- Last date of submission of Registration forms 07.01.2022 (Friday).
- Uploading details of children who apply for admission under open seats :21.01.2022 (Friday).
- The date for displaying the 1st list of selected candidates(Including waiting list): 04.02.2022 (Friday)

REGISTRATION FORM (SESSION : 2022 - 23)
ADMISSION CRITERIA Instructions: Please read the frequently asked questions (FAQs) section carefully before proceeding to the Registration Form. Click here to read FAQs The child should be born between 01.03.2018 and 30.04.2019 to be eligible for admission to the Pre School Class.
Last Date of Registration is Friday, 07.01.2022
1. The registration process consists of four steps :
Step 1: Filling up the registration form (fields marked * are mandatory)Step 2: Payment of Registration fees of Rs25/- .
Step 3: Final Registration slip will be sent on Registered Email id within 24 hours of Registration after successful submission of Registration fees
Step 4: Parents need to take the printout of the filled up registration form. Along with the registration form, fee receipt and copy of relevant documents should be dropped in the "DROP BOX" available at School Guard room.
2. Documents Required (Scanned copy - Size Limit - 1 MB per document) :
a. Latest Passport Size Photograph (Each of - Child , Father and Mother ) with - 80% Face Coverage in .jpg format only with latest Photograph of the child.
b. Scanned Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Competent Authorities
c. Address proof ( Self attested Photocopy of any one of the following)
- Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
- Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
- Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
- Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
- Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents
d. Tuition Fee Receipt of your ward studying in N.K. Bagrodia Public School , Sector-9, Rohini (Sibling stands for real brother/sister only) Cousins and relatives will not be considered as siblings.
3. Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page. 4. Please note that submission of Registration Form does not guarantee Admission of your ward in the school.
5. Please note that the Registration no. will be communicated to you on your registered email id and mobile no. after successful completion of registration process for future communication.

1. Where in South Delhi should we get affidavits made for first child/girl child?
2. A couple of schools provide a format. Should we use the same for the rest as well, or is there a standard one?

1 Any notary in your neighborhood would make it.
2 If mentioned then you have to make on school specific format, else normal ( common ) would work.
