Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully:

1) Minimum Age: 3 Years as on 31st March 2022. Upper Age Limit Less than 4 Years as on 31st March 2022
2) Fill the form in Capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through school website – http://davkailashhills.com
4) Payment will be made ONLINE.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
6) In case of single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be Deposited at the school fee counter , along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents.
9) Last date of online submission of Registration form for pre-school is 07-01-2022
10) Last date to drop the Registration form along with the required documents at school counter is 07-01-2022 - upto 1 p.m
11) Transport facility is available on existing routes and stops.
12) After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.
13) If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same e-mail Id & password.
14) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Applicant’s, Father’s and Mother’s photograph). The size of the photograph should not exceed 200 KB and should not be less than 50KB.

ST. MICHAEL’S JUNIOR SCHOOL
REGISTRATION FOR PRE-SCHOOL (2022-2023)

Parents/Guardian are expected to read the following information before filling the form:

1. Total Seats are: 80 (Normally 40 seats for male and 40 seats for female)
2. Age: The child should be less than 4 years as on 31^st March year in which admission is sought.
3. No Reservation for EWS category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi on Minority Institution.
4. Only Practicing Roman Catholic candidates registered under Prasad Nagar Zone and the regular confirmed staff ward of St. Michael’s Junior School, Prasad Nagar will have preference in admission. Next preference will be given to other Practicing Christian denomination candidates within 0 to 5 km distance from the school. For all Christian denominations including Catholics both the Parents should be practicing Christians to avail the points under Christian category. The remaining seats if any will be for the general category based on the criteria given below:

                   a) Christian Minority: 40 points
                    b) Neighborhood policy                   : 30 points (All distance by road from the school)                       

  (up to 5 km – 30 Points)    (Above 5 km till 8 km – 25 Points)     (Beyond 8 km – 20 Points)

                   c) Sibling                                           : 10 Points

                    d) Alumni                                           : 20 Points

5. There will be No Test or Interview of the Candidates.

8. List of the selected candidates will be displayed on the School website on 4^th February 2022 at 5:00 p.m. To save paper and the environment we will not display the result on the Notice Board.

9. Both the Parents of the short-listed candidates will be called for a limited interaction to verify the documents. Catholic and Christians Parents are expected to know basic Catechism to prove that they are practicing Christians.

10. School will not provide any transport facility to the students, it is the responsibility of the Parents to arrange a safe transport facility to the ward.

11. Every year to meet the standard establishment cost, the school fees may go up to 10% to 15%.

12. Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to the Parents and the school may take legal action and will not compromise with such applicants.

13. Hard copy of the online filled-in Application Form along with self-attested Photocopies of the Relevant Documents to be submitted at the school office on working days from20th December 2021 to 7th January 2022 (from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.), along with a non-refundable registration fee Rs. 25/- by cash.

14. The following documents (Self Attested Photocopies Only) are to be attached along with the registration form:

a) Photograph of the child along with both the Parents affix at the appropriate place in the registration form and on acknowledgment form

b) Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local self-Government. (Apart from the Birth Certificate a copy of the Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest is a must for Christian Candidates)

c) Proof of Residence (Voter ID / Adhaar Card / Driving License)

d) Proof of Sibling (Front side of Students ID card of Sibling)

e) Proof for Alumni (Certificate issued from the School)

Hi Sakshi,

We received message from ST Marks Meera Bagh Girls school that it would become coed and name would be  ST Marks World school from 2022-23.

Is this school a genuine convent or missionary school.

St. Mark's (GIRLS) MEERA BAGH and other St. Mark's branches are neither Convent or Missionary School ( Christian School).

Also chk St. Mark's school website it does not belong to any Christian Society.

St. Mark's has decent reviews but there are many schools who use Christian name but  do not belong to any  Christian Society.
