Guidelines for filling Online Forms This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form. Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form) The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database. Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same. After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button. To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant. All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system. First letter of the name should be capital and rest in small letters. Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered. INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

It would be preferable that the online form be filled.

You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms. The school cannot be held responsible for any error in this context. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.

1. The admission process would be as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Education from time to time. (Please refer to the disclaimer).
2. Total number of seats in Pre School are 196. [General category-108, EWS/DG – 49, Management Quota-39].
3. The minimum age required for registration is 3 years and the maximum is less than 4 years as on 31st March, 2022. (Children born between 01.4.2018 to 31.3.2019 -both dates inclusive, are eligible for admission in Pre-School/Nursery).
4. The age relaxation for admission of up to 30 days may be granted at the level of the Head of the school in the minimum & upper age limits for Pre-School/Nursery. The parents may approach the Principal for seeking age relaxation through a manual application.
5. Registration forms will be available online from December 15, 2021 onwards till January 07, 2022. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- as instructed. You will receive an acknowledgement mail with registration number and online payment details.
6. Registration forms can also be collected from School Gate No. 1 and the same can be submitted to school w.e.f. December 15, 2021 till January 07, 2022 between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon, except for Second Saturdays and holidays. However on the last day, the duly completed Forms can be submitted upto-04.00 pm.
7. No supporting documents are to be submitted along with the Registration Form as the same are to submitted at the time of verification only, in case the child is selected.
8. Verification of original documents supporting the information given in the registration form will be done only for applicants whose names would appear in the first or the second list, to be displayed on February 04, 2022 and February 21, 2022 (if required, in case seats are not filled by first the draw).

3. Recent Coloured Passport size Photograph of the Child, Father & Mother.
4. Proof to validate Sibling Applications i.e photocopy of latest fee slip/identity card of
real brother / sister studying in BBPS, Rohini.
5. Proof of being an Alumnite of BBPS, Rohini (12th passing certificate and marksheet)
6. The parent/parents of the applicant should have passed class XII from Bal
Bharati Public School, Rohini.
a) The parent/parents of the applicant should be a registered student of the
school alumni association.

• Age of the child as on 31.3.2022 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2018 and 31.03.2019)
• Please visit the school website before filling up the form for a detailed information about the school.

All the parents are requested to fill the Pre-School Admission form from the school website only at https://bbpspp.balbharati.org

 

• Incomplete or incorrect application shall be rejected.
• All the fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled.
• The payment mode is ONLINE only.
• Please retain the Transaction Id and the Copy of the form received through the mail, for any further correspondence.
• Children residing beyond 8 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled after considering all the students within 8 kms.
• The distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance. (Sample attached). Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to cancellation of the application form/admission.
• Please note that the Pre-School classes shall be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children shall move to the main campus in Pre Primary.

• Proof of Residence shall be any of the following documents: (Please note that the residence address should be same as in the documents mentioned here under. Either of the documents MUST be available with the parent at the time of verification of documents, for admission purpose)

 

1. Aadhaar Card / UID Card in the name of parents and child *
2. Voter I-Card in the name of any of the parents *
3. Electricity Bill in the name of any of the parents
4. Water Bill in the name of any of the parents
5. MTNL Bill in the name of any of the parents
6. Passport in the name of any of the parents and child
7. Ration card in the name of any of the parents having the name of the child.

 

NOTE- ( * )

At the time of admission/verification of documents,

1. The Aadhar Card/ UID card of parents and the child should be on the same address.
2. The Voter I-Card of both the parents must contain the same address.

• No documents or hard copy of the form is required to be submitted in the school after filling the online form.

 

• While filling the online form
  1. The photograph must be in a dark background colour. Please ensure that the RECENT passport sized photograph of your ward is uploaded.  

1. 2. The maximum size of the file should be of 40 KB.
   3. The file should be named as REGISTRATIONNUMBER.JPG. For example 220220001.jpg

 

• Please retain the copy of the form received through the mail for further correspondence.

 

• NO EDITING IS POSSIBLE in the FORM after submission.

 

• In case of any error in the form, follow the steps as given below:
  1. Fill a NEW FORM by making a fresh payment. 
  2. A new registration number will be generated.
  3. In order to delete the old registration number, parents must inform the school through the link http://bbpspp.balbharati.org/ otherwise it will be treated as duplicate entry and will lead to cancellation.
  4. Kindly click on the https://forms.gle/YJGToJ6S4yUEhBvJA link and fill the necessary details (for deletion of old registration).
  5. It is mandatory to fill the deletion form (mention in step 4).
  6. Otherwise it will be treated as duplicate and will lead to cancellation.

 

• DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.

CRITERIA FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION

The Managing Committee of the School hereby approves the following criteria and schedule for the admission to Pre-School for the Academic Session 2022-23.

 

Total No. of Seats :-  400

 

Children born between 01.04.2018 & 31.03.2019 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for admission to pre-     school. 

 

The proposed criteria for admission for Pre-School (2022-23) is as follows:

 

1. Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:

• Except for EWS, Staff wards & Management quota seats, in OPEN SEAT category - 50% seats will be given to Boys & 50% to Girls.
• There will be no interaction with parent/child.
• No prospectus to be sold. Only Registration Fee of 25/- will be charged.
• There will be no weightage for parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
• Distribution /Receipt of forms will start from 12.2021 to 07.01.2022.
• Queries of parents related to points allotted, if any, will be resolved through mail on 01.2022 to 24.01.2022.
• First list of provisionally selected candidates along with waiting list will be displayed at 5.00 p.m. on 02.2022.
• Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved through email between 02.2022 to 12.02.2022.
• Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 02.2022.
• Admission process to be over in all respects by 03.2022.
• Application to the Category A have to be filled on the website edudel.nic.in only.
• Alumni should be registered student of the school alumni (Old Student Association) and passed Class-XII from the Pitampura unit.

For admission to EWS and Disadvantaged Categories rules framed by DOE will be followed.

1) Registration Form found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
Registration of your child does not guarantee any right/claim for selection for grant of

of verification of documents.
3) Any earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stands
void.
4) For allocation of points in distance criteria, calculation of distance will be made ONLY as per
