Document required at the time of Admission:
1) Attested Copy of the Birth Certificate of child, issued by the municipal corporation.
2) Copy of ID proof of parents/guardian.
3) Medical Fitness Certificate of child by registered medical practitioner.
4) Copy of proof of Residence.

Guidelines for filling Online Forms
  • This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form)
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.
  • All fields are mandatory. Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.
  • First letter of the name should be capital and rest in small letters.
  • Please enter your email id correctly as you will receive further communication on the address entered.
  • When a user selects values in some list box & radio buttons, the registration form will refresh for retrieving the data from the database. Till refreshing process is completed, the user should not enter or select any data in the registration form as it may lead to loss of entered /selected data.
  • Please note that when you have slow internet connection, the registration form appearance, refreshing of the form and submission of completed forms may take some time, please be patient.
  • The areas/localities/colonies within range for criteria of selection are built in to the system. If you do not find your locality, you may choose the 'Others' category. You will then be able to enter details and the distance from the school campus.
  • An application for admission for a child with disability may be submitted under the general category or the disadvantaged and weaker section. If an application is submitted under the general category, then the procedure laid out for admission for the general category will be applicable. However, if an application is submitted under the disadvantaged group and weaker section, then the procedure laid out for the admission for the disadvantaged group and weaker section will be applicable.
  • In case of twins, both the children will be eligible for securing points for the ‘first born’ criteria.
  • Please have a soft copy (jpeg, jpg or png file; image dimension should follow the following specification - maximum height 430 pixel or 4.47 Inches and width 350 pixel or 3.64 Inches) of a photograph of the child and parents, ready to be attached while filling up the form.

Please Note: -
  • School timings for students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) for academic session 2022-23 are 0815 hours to 1315 hours.
  • School does not offer transport facility to the students of Pravesh Vatika (Nursery) and Upvan (Kindergarten).
Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original]: Photocopy of the documents to be carried along with originals at the time of the fee submission.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

It would be preferable that the online form be filled.

You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms. The school cannot be held responsible for any error in this context. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Registration Form.

  1. The admission process would be as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Education from time to time. (Please refer to the disclaimer).
  2. Total number of seats in Pre School are 196. [General category-108, EWS/DG – 49, Management Quota-39].
  3. The minimum age required for registration is 3 years and the maximum is less than 4 years as on 31st March, 2022. (Children born between 01.4.2018 to 31.3.2019 -both dates inclusive, are eligible for admission in Pre-School/Nursery).
  4. The age relaxation for admission of up to 30 days may be granted at the level of the Head of the school in the minimum & upper age limits for Pre-School/Nursery. The parents may approach the Principal for seeking age relaxation through a manual application.
  5. Registration forms will be available online from December 15, 2021 onwards till January 07, 2022. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- as instructed. You will receive an acknowledgement mail with registration number and online payment details.
  6. Registration forms can also be collected from School Gate No. 1 and the same can be submitted to school w.e.f. December 15, 2021 till January 07, 2022 between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon, except for Second Saturdays and holidays. However on the last day, the duly completed Forms can be submitted upto-04.00 pm.
  7. No supporting documents are to be submitted along with the Registration Form as the same are to submitted at the time of verification only, in case the child is selected.
  8. Verification of original documents supporting the information given in the registration form will be done only for applicants whose names would appear in the first or the second list, to be displayed on February 04, 2022 and February 21, 2022 (if required, in case seats are not filled by first the draw).

  • Age of the child as on 31.3.2022 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2018 and 31.03.2019)

  • Incomplete or incorrect application shall be rejected.
  • All the fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled.
  • The payment mode is ONLINE only.
  • Please retain the Transaction Id and the Copy of the form received through the mail, for any further correspondence.
  • Children residing beyond 8 kms shall be admitted only in case vacancies remain unfilled after considering all the students within 8 kms.
  • The distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance. (Sample attached). Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to cancellation of the application form/admission.
  • Please note that the Pre-School classes shall be conducted during the session in the Nursery school building located in Maulana Azad Society. The children shall move to the main campus in Pre Primary.
  • Proof of Residence shall be any of the following documents: (Please note that the residence address should be same as in the documents mentioned here under. Either of the documents MUST be available with the parent at the time of verification of documents, for admission purpose)
