Parents may visit the School website (http://thepinnacleschool.com), click on the tab ADMISSION 2022-2023 Entry Level (Pre-School /Nursery), fill-up the Registration Form and deposit the requisite fee.

(1) Registration Forms are available online only.

(2) Registration charges -Rs.25/-to be submitted online only.

(3) Please submit the hard copy of the Registration Form alongwith copies of the supporting documents in the School from Monday to Saturday between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. (working days only).

(4) Incomplete or illegible Registration Forms, without payment of Registration Fee and photograph will not be processed/accepted.

(5) Following documents to be uploaded at the time of registration (Mandatory):

(a) Recent passport size photograph of the child.

(b) Birth Certificate of the child issued by the appropriate authority.

8. Guidelines for Filling ONLINE Forms

• This is an electrometric registration form for Delhi Public School, Dwarka only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling the form.
• You may access the Google mapfor referring to the aerial distance between the school and your residence.

9. Non-refundable Registration Fee:

    • Please keep your credit card/ debit card and other banking details handy while filling up the registration form.

10. After successful transaction, a Registration Number will be generated.

• A Copy of the registration form will be sent to the Email Id entered for ‘correspondence’ in the registration form. Take a print out as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school. An SMS will also be sent to the number mentioned for ‘communication purpose’ in the registration form.
• Kindly Note:
  • Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software.
  • Only one registration form will be accepted for one applicant.
  • In case of corrections/changes required to be made in the duly submitted registration form, please follow the steps given below:

• • Localities and areas based on aerial distance as per the following table:

SIBLING

• • Real brother or sister of students of DPS Rohini will be considered.
  • No sibling weightage will be given to the applicants whose siblings have already passed out of school without passing class X/XII from DPS Rohini.

DPS Alumni

• • DPS Alumni of Core Schools of DPS Society only. (Passed Class X/XII from a Core DPS).

Father - 15 Points, Mother - 15 Points

• • Due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply. The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school.
  • Separate application forms should be filled for twins/triplets.
  • List of short listed candidates will be put up online.
  • All relevant documents will be verified before the display of lists. The applicants shall produce the relevant documents in original at the time of verification along with a set of SELF ATTESTED photocopies.
  • Please ensure that the Birth Certificate carries the name of the child as entered on the Application Form.
  • Please write a mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com prior applying under the age relaxation criteria.
  • Kindly visit the school website regularly for any updates.

Instructions for Filling up the online Application Form:

• • This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
  • Please fill in each entry of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.
  • Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use `TAB KEY` or mouse control for the same.
  • Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page.
  • Date of Birth to be filled in dd/mm/yyyy format only.
  • To fill the column of distance from school, proceed in the following manner:
    • Right click on the spot mentioned `Delhi Public School Rohini`on the given Google Map link. Go to the last option `Measure Distance`. Then click on the spot where your residence is on the map. The map immediately gives you the aerial distance.

Documents required (Scanned copy) :

Before beginning the application process, please keep the following handy:

• • Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / equivalent authority.
  • Photograph of Applicant
  • Residence Proof - (any one) - Ration Card /Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile Certificate of child or of his/her parents, Voter Identity Card (EPIC) of any of the parents, Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card / Unique Identity Card issued in the name of the parents
  • Proof of Sibiling [Copy of last paid fee slip(2021-22)/Marksheet of Class X/XII](if applicable):
  • Alumni Proof of Father and Mother (School Leaving Certificate/Marksheet).
  • Proof of Distance Measured [Screenshot of the distance measured from residence to Delhi Public School Rohini on Google Map]:
• Only JPEG format can be uploaded for scanned copy of photograph.
• After completing the Application Form, click on the `I Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee. The application shall be considered only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
• Immediately after the payment, an application number will be generated and an acknowledgement e-mail containing the link of the preview of the submitted application form will reach your e-mail Id. An SMS will also be sent on the mobile number mentioned by you in the Application Form. You will not receive an e-mail if the transaction fails. You are advised to try again.
• In case of any discrepancy of any form, kindly write an e-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Mails regarding this will not be entertained after 12 Noon Monday, 12 February 2022. Queries at any other e-mail Id will not be answered.
• Queries mailed to the e-mail id will be responded to within 3 working days.
• No change will be entertained by the school after the submission of the form. Resubmission of a new form is possible, but notification regarding the same should be sent through mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.

Application Procedure At A Glance

Step 1: Fill in the application form.
Step 2: Upload scanned copies of relevant documents.
Step 3: Click on ‘I Agree’ button for Online payment of Application Fee.

[Note: Kindly ensure that you enter correct e-mail id and contact number during payment procedure so as to save payment details for future reference.]

Step 4: Generation of ‘Application Number’ after successful payment.
Step 5: Note the Application Number for future reference.
Step 6: The link of the filled form will be sent to your registered e-mail id immediately. Please take a print of the same for future reference. You will not receive an e-mail if the transaction fails. You are advised to try again.
