A-No fixed admission calendar or criteria . Admission starts Nov on wards and go till June. Most of schools take children / parents interview, some follow point system/dol or FCFS depending on vacancy.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding for
online registration
 For General Category, registration will be accepted online. Parents are required to get their ward
registered online only through school website (www.laurelhigh.in). Link would be functional from
15.12.2021 till 07.01.2022.
 Printed registration form is to be submitted along with self-attested copies of all relevant
documents and registration fee of Rs.25/- at the School Reception. Last date for Submission is 07-
01-2022 (Friday).
 The list of registered candidates (General Category) will be displayed on the school website
(www.laurelhigh.in) as well on the school notice board as per the schedule.
 In case the number of applicants scoring higher points is less than the total number of seats
available for general candidates, such applicants will find place in the First List of selected
candidates and no draw of lots will be conducted for them.
 In case the no. of seats still remains vacant, the same will be filled through draw of lots conducted
in the school premises.
 The First List of selected candidates and the waiting list will be displayed on the school website and
the school notice board on 04.02.2022 (Friday).
 After assessing the vacant seats post admission process for the first list, a Second List of selected
candidates will be released from the remaining list, as per the schedule.
 Both the parents have to come to school for completing the admission formalities. Parents should
also bring the following documents along for the same :
 Original Birth Certificate.
 All other original documents for verification.
 Passport size photograph of the child and both parents.
 In case any information submitted by the parents at the time of registration is found to be forged

(i) Residence Location – 60 Points Maximum
Every child will be awarded between 00 to 60 points depending on the Ariel
distance of his/her residence from the School as per the following categories:

A Final List of Children selected for admission will be drawn in order of merit which

Procedure For Admission To Pre School For Session 2022-23

• Read the procedure, schedule for admission and neighborhood criteria carefully.
• Application Form will be available from 15.12.2021 (Wednesday).
• Fill up the Application form and ensure that all columns are complete. Incomplete form will not be accepted. Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on Submit as no corrections will be allowed later.
• Proceed for payment of Registration fee of  25/-.
• After payment, take out the print out of the form and paste the required photographs.
• It is compulsory for Father and Mother to sign the form in person.
• Kindly attach the attested photocopies of the following documents:
  a. Birth Certificate of the child issued by the Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
  b. Proof of residence address-passport/lease deed/latest paid electricity, water or telephone bill/Election I-card/Aadhaar Card issued in the name of the parent. In case of rental accommodation, the rent agreement.
  c. In case of sibling applicants, the copy of the school Identity Card / latest fee slips of the sibling studying in the school.
  d. In case of school staff applicants, the copy of the School I-card of father / mother.
• Submit the Application Form along with the other documents at the school reception and collect the receipt of submission.
• In case parents find any difficulty in filling the form, they can contact at the Helpdesk in the school and get assistance.
• Original documents are to be produced at the time of admission for verification.
• The Application Form can be submitted on any working day from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
• The last date for submission for Application Form is 07.01.2022 (Friday) by 3:00 pm.

Note:-

• It is mandatory to submit the hard copy of the Application Form along with photocopies of the required documents to be eligible for admission.
• Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple entries / Applications of the same child will lead to cancellation of registration.
• Admission is subject to verification from original documents. If the information provided by the parent is found to be incorrect at any point of time, registration will be cancelled.
• In case of any query or assistance, please mail us at rohini.dips@yahoo.co.in or contact the School Helpdesk.
• The School does not sell Prospectus.
• There will be no weightage for parents’ qualification, occupation and financial status.
• There will be no interaction / interview of the child and the parents.
• Google map will be used to calculate distance from the School.
• The Application Form is also available at the school reception from 08:30 AM – 03:00 PM on all working days.
• Few seats are available in classes Pre Primary onwards. Please contact school reception for further details.
