Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of
child). Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of parent.
Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of parents of
child. Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
d. Self-declaration of single parent.
e. School identity card of sibling studying in this school or copy of fee receipt.
f. Passport size photograph of the child and parents.
g. Special need/ disability certificate issued by competent authority.

Admission-Guidelines :

• The registration process is open for admission in class Pre-School / Nursery ONLY for the session 2022-23.
• The child must be 3 years as on 31st March 2022.
• The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged.
• Please retain the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT issued against the receipt of Admission Form for future reference.
• Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents.
• The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

 

Documents required at the time of Registration :

In Pre-School (Entry Level) 2022-2023 :

• Birth Certificate of the Child.
• Proof of Residence: Ration Card/Aadhar Card/Vote I-Card/Domicile Certificate/Electricity Bill/Water bill/MTNL Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents.
• Voter ID of both parents & siblings (if any)
• Proof of Sibling: Identity Card and Report Card of the child studying in SNPS, NC
• Medical Certificate stating blood group of the student

Note:

1. Registration Form found incomplete/false in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
2. No UNDERTAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time of verification of documents.
3. Earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stand void.
4. Distance calculation is considered only by the Main Road
5. Having its starting point from Gate No.1 of the School.
6. Attach the photocopies of the listed documents along with registration form at the time of its submission.

General instructions for Pre-school Admission: -

• • Age Criteria: Children born between 01.04.2018 and 31.03.2019 will be eligible for admission to Pre-School.
  • Please visit the school website before filling up the form to get detailed information about the school.
  • An incomplete or incorrect application will be rejected.
  • No Prospectus to be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- will be charged and payment mode is ONLINE only.
  • Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.
  • Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to the cancellation of registration.
  • Only the printout submitted in the dropbox at school gate no.1 will be considered for admission. Please drop the printout of the final successful registration form along with the google map displaying the aerial distance from the school as proof of distance.
  • Google map will be used to calculate the aerial distance from school gate no.1 to your residence for reference click on the given link Click here  Any discrepancy in the distance will lead to cancellation of the form
  • Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission.
  • Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents. A list of the provisionally shortlisted candidates along with the first waiting list will be put up on the school notice board and website on February 4, 2022, at 05:00 p.m.
  • If the address/DOB or any other detail supplied by the parent is found to be incorrect, registration will be cancelled with immediate effect.
  • Valid Residential Proof-

i. Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father) having the name of the Child.
ii. Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
iii. Voter I Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
iv. Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
v. Aadhar Card/Unique Identity Card in the name of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.
vi. Rent deed will not be deemed as valid proof for residence.

• There will be no interaction with the parent/child.
• There will be no weightage for parents' educational qualifications, occupations or financial status.

PLEASE NOTE:
1) With reference to Directorate of Education Circular No.F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871 dated 30/11/2021, all applicants falling under the criteria of age relaxation bracket up to 30 days for the minimum & upper age limit are requested to contact the Admission Incharge physically with an application between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on all working days.

2) DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE of the child: It must have the name of the child and the parents as submitted in the registration form.

3) Please retain the copy of the receipt through the mail for further correspondence.

4) At the time of admission/verification of documents:

a. The Aadhar Card/ UID card of parents and the child should be at the same address.

b. The Voter I-Card of both the parents must contain the same address.

FOR ADMISSION TO EWS AND DISADVANTAGED CATEGORIES
For admission to EWS/Disadvantaged/Children with special needs rules framed by DOE will be followed.

Important instructions for filling the online application form for Pre-school Admission:-

• All the fields marked with a star (*) are mandatory.
• Please retain the transaction ID and copy of the form received.
• The distance shall be measured from the school’s main gate no. 1 to your residence address using google maps aerial distance. (Click on the link Click here). Any discrepancy in the distance shall lead to the cancellation of the application form/admission.
• While filling the online form:
  a. The photograph must be in a dark background colour.
  b. Please ensure that the RECENT passport-sized photograph of your ward is uploaded. (not more than 1 month old)
  c. The maximum size of the file should be of 40 KB.
  d. The file should be named as REGISTRATION NUMBER.JPG. For example- 220220001.jpg
• Recheck all the details carefully before clicking on submit as no corrections will be allowed after submission.
• In case of any error in the form follow the steps as given below:
  a. Fill a new form by making a fresh payment.
  b. New registration number will be generated.
  c. In order to delete the old registration number parents must inform the school through email – (bbpsdwadmission@gmail.com).              Otherwise, it will be treated as a duplicate entry and will lead to cancellation.
  d. Please drop only the printout of the successful registration form along with a google map.
• No points are allotted for the Alumni category for BBPS Dwarka.
• In case of single-parent provide the details of Father or Mother as per applicable
