  3. 3. Self Attested photocopies of supporting documents to be uploaded with the form or digital copy (jpg/pdf - less than 300 kb) to be uploaded:
           (a). Birth Certificate of the Child issued by MCD or competent authority to be mandatorily uploaded.
           (b). Residence proof (any one of the following). (To be mandatorily uploaded)
               • MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Electricity Bill in the name of any of the parents.
               • Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
               • Passport issued in the name of parents or child.
              • Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
              • Voter I card(EPIC)of the parents.
           (d). Sibling (Report Card and latest Fee Receipt of the sibling of SPSMV) (To be uploaded, if applicable)

Important information regarding admission
    1. 1. The child should be born between 01st April 2019 and 31st March 2020.

    2. 2. After filling the form online and uploading jpg/pdf of required documents, online registration fee to be paid. The payment details will be received by you on your registered mobile.

    3. 3. Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification . The date and time of verification will be intimated by email from school. Kindly show the online payment's transaction ID received by you in SMS, at the time of verification.

    4. 4. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.

    5. 5. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.

    6. 6. Incomplete, incorrect or registration forms without payment will automatically stand cancelled.

    7. 7. The spelling of Father's name, Mother's name and Child's name should match with the documents submitted for registration. No change, whatsoever, shall be entertained in future.

    8. 8. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.

    9. 9. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence, including online registration fee payment( ₹ 25/-).

1. Age Limit for admission to Pre School (Nursery)- Children born between 01st April 2019 to 31st March 2020

(a) Minimum age - shall be 03 years as on 31st March 2023

(b) Upper age- Less than 04 years as on 31st March 2023

(c) The age relaxation for admission upto 30 days may be granted in the minimum and upper age limit through a manual application given by parent alongwith registration form. Please note that relaxation shall be at the discretion of the school Principal

2. Valid documents as proof of address:

(a) Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child)

(b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/ her parents

(c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents

(d) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ water bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child

(e) Aadhaar card/ UID card issued in the name of any of the parents

Unregistered Rent Agreement will not be accepted as valid proof of residence.

Points for neighbourhood will be allowed as per information furnished in the application form and the supportive documents submitted alongwith. No change will be allowed thereafter.

Sibling – Copy of last paid fee receipt of the student studying in The Srijan School should be submitted alongwith the form.

The online registration form will be available from Thursday, 1st December, 2022 to Friday, 23rd December, 2022. The last date for receiving all forms is Friday, 23rd December 2022 by 1600 hours.

  • This is an electronic registration form for Pravesh Vatika (Nursery). Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid the rejection of your form.
  • Each form will be issued a unique Registration Number after the acceptance of the form. Kindly note the unique registration number or take a print out of the Receipt Page. This serves as a record to know the status of your application and for any further correspondence. (Please have a pen and paper ready with you as you fill the form)
  • The registration form will refresh while it retrieves dynamic data from our database.
  • Do not press the ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use the TAB KEY or the mouse control for the same.
  • After completing the application form kindly click on the SUBMIT FORM button.
  • To avoid rejection, DO NOT fill more than one form for one applicant.

  • Age of the child as on 31.3.2023 should be 3+ years (i.e. born between 01.04.2019 and 31.03.2020)
