Can someone advise if either one parent can go to submit the amity form at school on the submission date provided?

Yes if either of the parent feels okay to answer the questionnaire. But most of the parents suggested that both should go. It's totally up to you. There is no mandatory rule pertaining it.

Can anyone tell me that what documents do we need to submit along with the registration form of Seth anandram jaipuria school as there is nothing mentioned on their website or in d form/ prospectus...

i have submitted the form..in jaipuria documents is vaccination card xerox...nd birth certificate xerox..but must carry original copy becoz there they will check ..
