"A photocopy of the Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation attested by Gazetted Officer "

I don't understand the above line in DPS notification. As per my understanding the birth certificate is to be uploaded  during online registration so one can scan original birth certificate and upload. In that case no need for attested photocopy.

Am I missing something ?

I think thing is like : take a photocopy of BC ->  get it attested -> scan -> upload

but I think no need for attestation of Address proof, is my understanding correct ?

This is really ridiculous why there is need of attestation for BC? If one can get a fake BC won't be able to get it attested by so called Gazetted Officers? My daughter is born in my Home town Dehradun & our home jurisdiction falls under Panchayat. I have the BC from Dept of Medical Health & Welfare UK Gov. When every school accepts it why DPSN requires a BC form MC & attested.

Any Comment Sakshi & Parents... :( !!!

Dps>Somerville >=amity >fas.   all of them focus on academics mainly.

Hello,

I have already applied for my child for FAS noida nursery admission. Can I apply for FAS vaishali as well? I mean do they allow same child to be registered in different branch?
