Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2026-27

My daughter is studying in Prep in DPSGV... We are extremely satisfied with her academic as welll as overall progress. The Student ratio is 30:2... One helping maid is there in the classroom. Teachers are qualified and cooperative. You can talk to them anytime after school hours. They had provided the mobile no of their class teacher on the very first day of their school. They pay good attention to all their students. Apart from writing and coloring work, they do have story and rhyme session.Apart from daily work, the quantity and quality of extra curricular activities is also good. Not much stress on home work (half a page writing work of alphabets or numbers taught in the class, colouring or some craft work - not daily-- alternatively - In Nursery Class) .. My daughter takes an active interest in her studies and is fond of writing , so I have no issues in writing practice session at home..Classrooms are AC and spacious...

Fact that she is extemely happy and always willing to go to her school in the morning summarizes everything..

How many sections are their in nursey, by 30:2 you mean to say that 30 students in one section with 2 teachers or 1 teacher and 1 maid.

Do you have any idea about transport facility............how it is.

They have 5 sections - Lotus, Tulip, Daisy, Rose and Jasmine...

Ys they have around 30 students with 2 teachers (One main and another assistant) and one maid ... They have a good transport facility... As nursery and prep timings are different (4 hours), buses ply accordingly..They have a small bus for them. Spacious and Non AC... One teacher and maid is also there in each bus...

Can you please confirm if in DPSGV they would be keeping original birth certificate in admission process or just verify and return.

Hi archana,

So they have separate bus for nursery kids. What I am trying to ask is as u said nursery and prep timings are different I hope it's not the case that nursery kids are dispersed first and then after some time prep kids are dispersed for the same van in that case nursery kids have to wait as due to this only in 2012 a child molestation case took place in a van of dpsgv.

Hi Chhaya,

Nursery and Prep timings are different (830 to 1230) from Class 1 to 12th (730 to 130)...

Congrats for your kid's selection in DPSGV. I've also heard good feedback about this school. My kid not selected. :(

But anyway, we have secured a seat in KRM. How was your experience at DPSI? We have our first interaction this Saturday.

Neha it was total chaos at DPSI.... They were not able to manage such a big crowd..... Although if my son would have not got shortlisted in any good school and if he would hav been shortlisted in DPSI then I would have certainly gone ahead with it as it's very close to my place ..... But now as i hav recd confirmation from dpsgv then even if my son gets shortlisted then I will not go ahead with it

Thanx archana..... My kid has got selected in dpsgv for nursery .... Ur daughter is in which class? Also although dps indirapuram second round is still left now I'm thinking or u can say contemplating whether I have made right choice for my kid....
