Pankaj, a parent on another thread has replied that, in one go, a group of about 20 parents were called for an interaction with the principal and (possibly) the chairman. Parents only had to introduce themselves.

Yeah, I too found it strange. But that's what the parent had said. How will they come to the final decision, I wonder.
