My daughter dob is 1/2/2011 so as per this she will be 4 yrs 2 months on 31st march 2015.

I have filled up the Khaitan Form, but never got an acknowledgement receipt.

Can anyone of you guide me, what should i do.

Also, Please confirm if we have to do a physical submission of the form along with the birth and residence proof.

I actually applied for PREP as my son will be 4 in January, 2015. I paid exact Rs. 538 for registration.

Same for me, I filled it but did not get acknowledgement receipt, neither any user id or password

Same for me. For the user name and password, I used the forgot password link and received the username and password on mobile number.

And took the print out of the application form it self for my future reference.

And as per my understanding, School will generate the list of shortlisted applications and then give us date for documents verification and interaction. And on that day, we need to take the photocopies and originals.
