had the 2nd round interaction at DPSI today....around 20 parents were gathered in a conference room and the principal and a teacher asked us to introduce ourselves.....as already mentioned by other parents earlier.......results will out on 10th Sept at 3.00PM on school gate.

Hi Soma - DId you notice any parents who were called out but were not present? if so, how many were they out of bunch of XX numbers of total callouts? I'm trying to do a little calculation on the opt-outs you see :)

Banish...out of 20, 2 were absent....and 3 parents were those whose elder child is already in DPSI....and 1 parent was d staff of dpsi itself....so these people stand a higher chance than us

I could see in this forum a parent whose child's name is in the list of shortlisted students in DPSI but haven't received a call yet and another parent who has received a call but name is on the list!

Now,I am thinking are they adding names to the shortlisted candidates as well? If yes on what basis?

Not understanding their policy at all!

BTW, i remember you were shortlisted for Amity V-6 too. Just curious what are you planning next?

yeah....n tomorrow is the last day to deposit the fees....we have to block d seat...no choice as such

what abt u? thru with amity? ur daughter's name is Kaavya? please correct me if I am wrong

Yes, that's the name.

I wish we were through with Amity, i would have submitted the fee and left the town for a quick vacation :)

Like Soma, we too have to submit the fees by tomorrow.

We are confused and are in a big dilemma but we are thinking not to take risk and go ahead and block the seat in Amity.

Amity and DPS I were anyways our two most preferred schools,just that we live at walking distance from DPS I
