Another follow up question:

Now that many children and their parents are outside Delhi because of Pandemic, if admission process happens complete online, will the schools accept medical certificate etc. authorized by doctors outside Delhi?  Whats your experience?

The Directorate of Education (D.O.E) will process the applications online for EWS/DG category admission in schools as per the prescribed guidelines from the Department for the School.

V. Instructions to be followed while filling a registration form
a) Fill the registration form on the school website. (www.dpsmathuraroad.org)
After filling and submitting the online registration form, a registration number is generated by the computer. This will be followed by an SMS detailing
your login Id and password for future reference and use.
b) Take two colour printouts of the filled registration form. (one printout of the form to be submitted at the time of verification and the second printout to
be kept for personal reference)
In case a registration number is not generated for any reason on the filled form, it will be considered invalid.
c) In case of an error while filling the online form kindly intimate the admission team through an email at admission@dpsmathuraroad.org (Please do

Criterion Definition
. Neighbourhood: Localities upto 12 km (aerial distance) will be considered only. Distance calculation will be done automatically by Google maps which is linked

may result in erroneous calculation of points.
. Sibling: A real brother or sister of the applicant who is on the school roll during the academic session 2020 - 21.
. Alumni: Father/Mother or both who have passed class 10/12 from Delhi Public School Mathura Road.
V. Staff Quota: The wards of the employees of the school i.e. Delhi Public School Mathura Road. The unfilled seats of the staff quota shall spill over to the General
Category.
V. Tabulation of Final Score
a) The list of all applicants shortlisted for verification will be displayed according to the scores.
b) In the event of many applicants getting identical final scores in the lowest eligible scores, a limited lottery system would be opted for within these applicants to
select children for admission. This option will arise only in case of availability of seats for admission.
c) Parents of shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of original documents and admission according to the given schedule.

V. Final admission is subject to verification of the listed documents (in original). The school reserves the right to cancel the application of any candidate
during verification due to wrong/incorrect information or incomplete submission of documents.
The school also reserves the right to cancel an admission at any stage for wrongly submitted/forged documents.

• This Registration Form is for class Pre-School only. Please do not use it for any other class.
• The Registration forms will be available from 9-00 a.m. on our website www: montfortschooldelhi.in from 18th February, 2021 to 4th March, 2021, till 12-00 noon
• The Registration Form is to be submitted by hand at the school gate i.e. Montfort School, Ashok Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110052 along with the acknowledgement slip and from 18th February, 2021 to 4th March, 2021 between 8.00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.
• School will stamp the acknowledge slip and return it before putting the Registration Form in the box An incomplete Registration Form will be discarded. Handwritten registration form will not be accepted.

Admission-Guidelines & Schedule (2021-22)

The School is currently inviting Online Applications for admission to Class K.G. to IX for academic session 2021-22. Interested candidates may fill an online application form before 14 th February 2021 at the link given above.

• The registration process is open for admission in classes K.G. to IX ONLY for the session 2021-22.

• The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY.

• Parents are required to fill the form online only.

• Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.

• Must have qualified the previous class from a Recognized school.

• Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online.

• Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use.

• The School Reserves the right to reject the Application Forms with incomplete or false information.

• Preference will be given to the students studying in other branches of Bal Bhavan Public School and Sibling Students and Alumni .

• No registration forms to be submitted at the school physically.

• Only Short Listed Candidates are eligible for Admission Process.

Documents required at the time of registration class K.G. to IX

• Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.

• Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
  1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
  2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
  3. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
  4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
  5. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents. (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence)

• Report Card of Previous year.

• Score Card/Result Card from Current School.

• School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the Institution last attended.

Note: - All original documents are required to be produced for verification at the time of admission.

• The ONLINE registration form for class PRE-SCHOOL (NURSERY) is available on school portal www.bbisdw.com from Thursday, 18 February, 2021 to Thursday, 04 March, 2021.
• ADMISSION PROCEDURE WILL BE STRICTLY AS PER DIRECTIVES ISSUED BY DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION.
• FOR EWS/DG category admission refer to Directorate of Education website( www.edudel.nic.in).
• Child must be Less than 04 years as on 31st March 2021.

Instructions for filling online Application Form

• All the requisite details must be filled in with due consideration. Any misleading or false information may lead to cancellation /rejection.
• Changes and alterations of any sort will NOT be entertained once the Form is submitted.
• Alongwith the form Kindly upload passport size photos of Father, Mother and Child, with clear face image, in jpg, Png format (100kb) and copy of address proof (500kb) as per Registration form.
• After the form is duly filled, Kindly proceed to pay ONLINE REGISTRATION FEE of Rs. 25/-(Non-Refundable). No other mode of payment will be accepted.
• Registration process will be considered complete only after Completion of Form along with Payment of Registration Fee.
• After the acceptance, each Form will be issued UNIQUE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER. This number will be used for any further correspondence regarding the admission process.
• Copy of Filled Form and acknowledgement of Registration Fee will also be sent to the email id provided by you.
• Print out of the same should be taken for future.
• All supporting documents will be physically checked and verified before granting admission.

2. Kindly fill only one online form against one admission. Duplicacy will not be accepted.
