St. Anthony’s Pre – Primary School is an unaided Christian Minority Institution for girls, owned by The Institute of the Franciscan Clarist Sisters of the Most Blessed Sacrament which has been running schools, orphanages, homes for senior citizens, dispensaries and other welfare centers in different parts of the country for over a century.

Since its inception the school has catered to the needs of the girls from all sections of the society especially the service class families, with a preferential option for the poor.  It ensures their all round development through all its projects & programmes, so that they grow into mature women with a strong sense of God and family, social and national responsibility and also remain deeply rooted in their own culture.

You are kindly requested to follow the instructions given below:-
1. There will be no test or interviews of the applicants or their parents.
• Preference will be given to Christian Community without prejudice to the School's Constitutional right.
• Provisions of RTE Act on admissions are not applicable to Minority Schools.

2.  Registration Form for admission to St. Anthony’s Pre-School, Hauz Khas 2021 – 22 will be available only on the school website www.stanthonyschool.in from 18 February, 2021 to 4 March, 20219.

Registration Fee -  Rs. 25/- (TO BE PAID ONLINE)
Age limit:  Children born between 01/04/2017 to 31/03/2018.

 

All documents mentioned below must be attached with the Registration Form.

Incomplete forms will automatically be rejected.
1.   Birth Certificate of the child from the Municipal Corporation with the name of the child incorporated.
2.   Baptism Certificate (for all Christians) Letter confirming membership from the Parish Priest for a Catholic and other Christians from the Pastor of the Church/Parish/Presbytery that you belong presently.       
3.  Proof of Residence (such as Electors ID Card / Electricity bill/ Water bill of residence/MTNL  Telephone Bill /Aadhar Card / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child).
4.   Proof of Alumni: Mark Sheet of Class XII (St. Anthony’s Sr. Sec. School, Hauz Khas).
6.   Proof for the siblings: Fee slip or previous year's report card.

Please Note:

No Recommendation letters/ Telephone call will be entertained.

The school reserves the right to reject application forms which are incomplete or with false information.

• Rent deed will not be considered as proof of residence.
• There will be no bus facility for the School students.
• Admission of EWS is not mandatory in Minority schools.
• Original Documents to be presented on the day you are called for verification/admission.
• The names of the selected candidates will be displayed on the notice board/school website on 20/03/2021 at 3:00 p.m.

Proof of Alumni

Photocopy of Character certificate or class XII passing certificate.


1. Attach self-attested photocopies of all the documents required with the admission form. Also paste recent photographs of both the parents and the child on the form.
2. Forms Incomplete in any form will not be considered.
3. If any information is found to be false/ incorrect, the school authorities reserve the right to reject the application and/to cancel the admission.

PRE - SCHOOL ADMISSION CRITERIA (2021-22) 

ADMISSION TO PRE-SCHOOL

1.  The Application Form is available on the school website round the clock. The same can be downloaded from the school website ( www.thesovereignschool.com ) and an amount of Rs. 25/- can be paid at the time of registration.
2.  The child should be minimum of 3 years for admission to Pre-School and minimum of 4 years for admission to Pre-Primary as on 31st March 2021.
3.  The photographs of the child and parent should be affixed at the space provided in the Application Form.
4.  Duly attested photocopies of all the documents must be attached with the admission form, however original documents will be required for verification at the time of admission.
5.  First list of General candidates will be displayed on the school website( www.thesovereignschool.com ) as well as the school notice board on 20-03-2021.
6.  The Application Form submitted at the school reception does not entitle the candidate for admission in school unless the candidate’s name is present in the Selected Candidates List.
7.  Incomplete forms are liable to be rejected. Kindly avoid any kind of cutting, fluid markings and over- writing in the form.
8.  An optional transport facility is made available to the students subject to the availability of seats from any particular area. In case, school transport is not available, the parents will have to make their own arrangements. Routes charted by the school will not be changed.
9.  School Hours (Summers and Winters):
   Pre-School & Pre Primary - 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday)
   Classes I – XII: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Intimated Saturdays will be working)

SELF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS REQUIRE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

 

(i)  Residential Proof-:- Passport/Ration Card/Voter ID Card (EPIC), Aadhar Card/UID Card and Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone Bill/ Water Bill in the name of any of the parents or child. Domicile c Certificate of child or of his /her parents.

(ii) MCD Birth Certificate with the name of the child.

(iii) In case of sibling applicant, the identity card/fee receipt of sibling studying in the same school. Only real brother/ sister studying in the school will be considered as sibling.

(iv) Appropriate documentation in case of Single Parent (presently running divorce case in the court will not be considered, either widow or divorced or single father would be considered). Appropriate documentation in case of change in name of mother/ father after marriage; divorce, adoption, etc.

(v) ID proof of both Father and Mother.

(vi) Report Card for admission in class I onwards.

(vii) Transfer Certificate for admission in class I on wards.

 

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRE AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION, AFTER SELECTION OF THE STUDENTS

 (i) Parent need to fill the Admission Form along with Transport & Medical Form, which is available at the school reception and can be downloaded from the school website (www.thesovereignschool.com).

(ii) Two copies of passport size photograph of the child and one photograph each of parents (father, mother & guardian) to be enclosed in a duly labeled small envelope.

(iii) Registration Receipt.

It shows an error after filling the complete form and submission.

Please read the instructions carefully before filling up the online Admission form to avoid
