1. Age Criteria for Entry Level Classes is as follows:

2. For General Category Candidates:

• Application forms will be available online between Thursday, 18 February 2021 and Thursday, 04 March 2021 till 3:00 P.M at www.dpsrohini.com.
• The Application Form along with scanned copies of relevant documents and a non-refundable registration fee of INR 25/- should be submitted online latest by 3:00 P.M Thursday, 04 March 2021.
• Please keep the print of the Application Form received after filling the Application Form for future reference.
• Please go through the instructions and FAQs (CLICK HERE) carefully before filling the Application Form.

• Due to a limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all those who apply. The application made here does not, in any way, entitle the candidate to be admitted to the school.
• Separate application forms should be filled for twins/triplets.
• No bus facility is available for students taking admission in entry level classes.

• • This is an electronic Application Form for Delhi Public School, Rohini only. Please read the instructions carefully before filling in the form to avoid rejection of your form. All you need to do is to fill in the boxes with the required information.
  • Please fill in each entry of the form. Write NA in columns which are not applicable to you.
  • Do not press ENTER KEY to move from one field to another. Use `TAB KEY` or mouse control for the same.
  • Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page.
  • Date of Birth to be filled in dd/mm/yyyy format only.
  • To fill the column of distance from school, proceed in the following manner:

• • Step 3: Move the map so that the black circle, or crosshairs, is on the next point i.e. the area of your residence.

• Please note the maximum file size allowed for documents to be uploaded is 250 kb.

• Rupay card will not be accepted.
• After completing the Application Form, click on the `I Agree` button for online submission of non-refundable registration fee. The application shall be considered only after successful payment of non-refundable registration fee.
• Immediately after the payment, an application number will be generated and an acknowledgement e-mail containing the link of the preview of the submitted application form will reach your Email Id. An SMS will also be sent on the mobile number mentioned by you in the Application Form. You will not receive an e-mail if the transaction fails.You are advised to try again.
• In case of any discrepancy of any form, kindly write an E-mail to nursery@dpsrohini.com. Mails regarding this will not be entertained after 12 Noon Monday, 01 March 2021. Queries at any other E-mail Id will not be answered.
• Queries mailed to the email id will be responded to within 2 working days.
• No change will be entertained by the school after the submission of the form. Resubmission of a new form is possible, but notification regarding the same should be sent through mail at nursery@dpsrohini.com.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the system.

1. EWS / DG / CWSN CATEGORY :

The admission under this EWS / DG Category and CWSN for 25% of the total seats will be done by Directorate of Education.

No application for CWSN will be accepted by hand/post/e-mail or any other means.

Springdales Schools are NOT Special Schools but follow a policy of "Integration".

2. GENERAL CATEGORY:

For this category there will be 85 seats available which will be 50% of the total seats for this class.

The Criteria for selection of these children will be in accordance with the guidelines given. i.e. there will be no interviewing or screening of children or their parents . The whole process will be fair and rational, non-discriminatory, transparent and child-friendly. Admission will be based on the information given and will have to be backed by authentic proofs with documents attached to the form when submitted. Information regarding parents' professions and educational qualifications will not form a part of the admission criteria. It will be used only for school data processing.

Admission for the General Category of seats will be based on the following criteria as per policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. If there is a tie in the points for the last seats to be allotted there will be Random Selection in the form of a Draw of lots to finalise these seats.

The list of selected and non-selected candidates will be placed on the school website showing the points secured.

3. STAFF CATEGORY

Children of Staff :

All confirmed and permanent members of staff will be considered for the admission of their children. Grand Children of Staff members who have attained Superannuation in Springdales will be admitted to a maximum of 5% seats under Staff Category.

These candidates must apply through the online registration form but no points are required for this category. If the applications exceed the number of seats allotted there will be a draw of lots. Grandchildren of retired staff will be considered as fee paying students.

As per the Circular of Directorate of Education Dated: 26-11-2018 SL. No. 6 of admission criteria:

"The ward of Staff / Employees of any school concerned can have a right for admission to that school but extending the same benefits to the sister concern of that particular school will curtail the right of General Parents' wards."

As per clause quoted above permanent staff members with children / grand children can only apply in the branch of the school where they have served / are serving. The application will be rejected if applied for in any other branch.

Any staff seats un availed at the time of closure of admission will be transferred to General category.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION :

1) Residence Criteria (39 points) :

(a) Those applicants who live in areas which are specified in the registration form will get 39 points.

(b) Those applicants not living in areas mentioned in the form will get 29 points.

2) Sibling Criteria (35 points) :

The school considers this to be a very important factor for admission as it becomes very problematic for parents to have children in different schools. Existing parents also have a bonding with the school which they chose for their first child because of its special features. Even then, it will not be possible to accommodate all.

(a) There will be no points given in the sibling criteria if the older sibling is studying in Springdales, Dhaula Kuan or is cousin of the child seeking admission.

(b) Irrespective of the branch of the first child, NO Inter Unit transfer will be allowed at any stage.

3) Alumni Criteria (26 points)

The schools are three-generational and have a large 60 year-old Alumni Association with 5000 life members deeply attached to their Alma Mater and who have great aspirations for their children's education at Springdales.

A) Former Students who have been in school for 11 years and above, will get 26 points.

B) Former Students who have been in school for 5 years upto 10 years, will get 16 points

Kindly attach copy of Mark-sheet of class X and copy of School Leaving Certificate

C) Former Students who have been in school for less than 5 years and have become members of the Old Springdalians Association, will get 11 points

Forms will be available ONLINE ONLY from Thursday, 18^th February 2021 at 8.30 am onwards on the school website.

Note : As per the Circular No. F: DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/654-664 dated 09.02.2021 the upper age limit for admission in Pre-School Class will be less than 4 Years as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought.

1. Fill the complete details in the form online and submit it online. The admission software will automatically REJECT the form if filled for more than one branch. Apply only for ONE branch (Dhaula Kuan/Pusa Road).

2. After filling the form online take a printout of the form along with the receipt only on white A4 size papers. Attach photo copies of all documents required with the printed form. Also paste recent photographs of both parents and the child on the form.

3. Kindly note: The points calculated on the registration form submitted online are subject to verification and may be changed.

4. If the hard copy of the form duly filled is not submitted at Springdales School Pusa Road, the online form will be disqualified.

KINDLY NOTE: Forms for Springdales School, Pusa Road and Springdales School, Dhaula Kuan are separate for all branches.

Parents seeking admission in Springdales School, Pusa Road should deposit the forms at Springdales School, Pusa Road only.

Kirti nagar branch doesn't exist any more . All the students studying there have already been transferred to pusa road and all the new admission will be there at pusa road only. I am parent of a kirti nagar student so I know it

1	A print out of the registration form, with a passport size photograph of the applicant pasted as indicated. It is mandatory for both parents to sign the form (other than in the case of single parent).
2	Sibling Applicants: The admission order/ latest fee bill of the sibling studying only in DPS International will be accepted.
3	Embassy Officials: Only Diplomats holding a diplomatic passport can apply to this category. An attested photocopy of the ID card, Passport & Visa of applicant and parent/s.
4	Global Transfer Cases: Proof of overseas transfer between 31st March 2017 – 16th March 2020 with a minimum of 1 year posting overseas.
5	Multi National Company: Proof of being a Direct Employee. Certificate from company stating that they have offices operating in foreign countries (to specify the names).
6	Original Birth Certificate
7	Foreign Nationals: An attested photocopy of passport and visa/ OCI/PIO card of applicant and parents.
8	Single Parent: An attested copy of the custody papers in case of divorcees.

 

Admission stands cancelled in case any candidate is found to have furnished faulty information. The seat will automatically be offered to the next candidate on the list.

Can you please point me to a thread that has reviews related to DPS international Saket? 

How is it compared to other DPS schools which are based on the CBSE curriculum? Is the management same?

Yes it is core school of DPS society.

NGF JUNIOR SCHOOL KHIRKI EXTENSION
Scheme for admission to Pre-school (Nursery) 2021-22
Registration for admission to pre-school (Nursery) for academic session 2021-22 shall be made
from 18th February 2021 to 04th March, 2021. Payment of rupees Twenty Five (Rs.25/-) as
registration charges shall have to be made while submitting Registration form alongwith
requisite documents.
The number of vacancies for session 2021-22 are as under :
a). Total number of seats 105
b). Number of seats earmarked for students
belonging to Disadvantaged group and
EWS Category 26
c). Management Quota seats 15
d). Number of seats for staff quota 3
e). Number of Open seats available for 61
General Category
Criteria for preparation of Merit List (General Category) shall be based on points system. The
points shall be awarded on the following basis :

0 – 10 Km (option i ) :- 60
Above 10 Km (option ii) : -20

b). Sibling 30
c). Girl Child/ First born male child 10
If there is tie on points scored by the candidates, selection shall be made on the basis of draw

category shall be available on school website www.ngfjsmalviyanagar.com on 16.03.2021 and
shall also be displayed on the school notice board on 16.03.2021
Information regarding nursery Registration (General Category) 2021-22
The Registration for admission to Nursery class for the Academic session 2020-21 will begin
from 18th February 2021 to 04th March 2021. The last date for submission of Registration
form and payment of registration fee of Rs. 25/- shall also be 04.03.2021 upto 1 p.m. only

The age criteria for Nursery is 3+ as on 1st April, 2021 i.e. born on or before 31.03.2018.
Upper age limit is 4 years as on 31.03.2021. Filled in registration form , together with self
attested copies of the documents mentioned below be deposited in the office of the school along
with prescribed registration fee within the prescribed time limit. The office shall remain open for
deposit of Registration forms on all working days ( Monday to Friday ) from 9 a.m to 12 noon
except on 04.03.2021 when forms shall be accepted upto 1 p.m.
First List of selected candidates and Waiting List can be checked on the school website
www.ngfjsmalviyanagar.com on 20
th March, 2021 and 2nd List (if any) on 25th March, 2021
and the same shall also be displayed on the school notice board.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Fill up the form completely.
• Incomplete form /documents shall stand rejected.

EWS and Disadvantaged group : Only children sponsored by the Directorate of Education
shall be given admission against free seats for EWS/DG category. Interested parents may
apply online to the Directorate of Education.
Distance Chart shall be displayed on the school notice board for award of points on account
of Neighbourhood/Distance factor.
