Age of the child at entry level should be less than 4 years as on 31^st March of the year 2021 for Pre – School (entry level class) as per govt. guidelines.

List of supporting documents to be produced (OPEN SEATS ONLY) :

(i) Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

(ii) Any one of the following documents:

Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of Parent. (Mother /Father having name of child)
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
Voter – I Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
Electricity Bill/ MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of child or any of the parents
Lease deed made six months prior to the submission of the application form along with an affidavit on stamp paper should be submitted in case of rental accommodation ) or any other documents as approved / directed or allowed by the Government.

(iii) In case of sibling applicants: the identity card/ admission order/ latest fee receipt of the sibling.

(iv) If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false, the applicant shall be automatically debarred from selection process without any correspondence in this regard.

Note : Self attested photocopies of the supporting documents must be submitted with the registration form.

12. The school does not accept any donation and will not entertain any recommendations.
13. The list of children selected for admission and the list for draw (if any) will be displayed
on the school notice board and on the website on 20/03/2021. The draw if required
will be held on 24/03/2021. Second list will be displayed on 25/03/2021.
14. Grievances if any will be addressed at the school office on 22 and 23 March 2021.
Timing: 9.00 a.m.- 10.30 a.m. Please do not make any enquiries before these dates.
15. Both the parents and the candidate are required to be present for the verification of
documents and admission. The parents are required to produce the original copies of
the documents when they come for verification. No undertaking for verification of
documents at a later date will be entertained.
16. Draw if required – Either of the parents should be present for the draw along with the
acknowledgement slip. Only those who are present will be considered for the draw.
17. If the ward is selected for admission, submit the photocopy of her aadhaar card, and if
