Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of parent.
Electricity Bill/ MTNL Telephone Bill/ Water Bill/ Passport in the name of any of parents of
child. Aadhaar Card issued in the name of any of the parents.
d. Self-declaration of single parent.
e. School identity card of sibling studying in this school or copy of fee receipt.
