Q-When does KG and senior classes admissions open.
A-No fixed admission calendar or criteria . Admission starts Nov on wards and go till June. Most of schools take children / parents interview, some follow point system or FCFS depending on vacancy.

EWS / DISADVANTAGED GROUP / CWSN CATEGORIES:
Admission process for EWS / Disadvantaged Category /CWSN will be conducted through Department of Education.GENERAL GUIDELINES:- The registration link for Pre-School admission 2021-22 will open on school website from February 18, 2021 to March 4, 2021
- Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form to avoid any error
- Please keep following documents scanned before you proceed:
- Passport size photograph of the Child
- Date of Birth certificate of the Child
- Non-Refundable Registration Fee: A payment option to pay registration fee of Rs 25/- will appear after the form is submitted. The Registration fee does not guarantee admission.
- Submit printout of successfully generated registration receipt at school gate by March 4th, 2021. No other document needs to be submitted along with the receipt.
- Last date for submission of receipt is March 4th, 2021. Your application will not be processed if it is not received by March 4th, 2021
- Incomplete and Incorrect applications will be rejected
- Do not submit registration receipt more than once it may lead to cancellation of your registration
- Admission will be granted only subject to verification of documents. First List of provisionally selected candidate along with first waiting list will be put up on school website on March 20, 2021.
- Refund of fee in case of cancellation / withdrawal of admission.Fee shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education:
- Immediately after depositing the fees: Except Registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
- Within one month after depositing the full fee for the admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month Tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.
- Closure of Admission process: March 31st, 2021
Documents Required at the time of verification ( For Shortlisted candidates)
**(Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents in original)- Original Birth Certificate of the Child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority
- Aadhar Card of Parents and Child
- One recent color photograph of the child
- One Photo Id of the parent
- Proof of Residential Address (Ration Card, Voter Id card, Passport, Aadhar Card or any latest bill (Electricity, MTNL, or Waterbill)
- Medical fitness Certificate of child issued by a Medical Officer
- In case of Sibling applicants, School I-Card/ Fee Bill of the sibling studying in BGSIPS
- Copy of AISSCE (Class XII) Board Pass certificate/ Marks Statement of the parent(s) for claim under Alumni Category.
- Please note that self-attested photocopies of the above documents are to be submitted

Schools ask for parents Aadhaar card.
Aadhaar of child is not mandatory as per Hon' SC but we suggest parents to get it made, as some school still ask for it.
