payment is not made successfully, login again through already
registered link with your user ID &password.
2. Pay Mode: - Only online payment is accepted. Applicants must have

3. After the successful payment, print the acknowledgement
receipt, as a proof that your application has been registered.

5. Use this user-ID & password to obtain the filled form for your child & current
admissionstatus.
6. Take a printout of the duly filled in Registration Form on A4 size paper
(both sides) & attacha recent passport size photograph of yourchild.
Attach the relevant supporting documents as required (Without the
supporting documentsyour form will berejected).
7. Please submit the application form and supporting documents online on
the given portal within the permissible date (No forms sent by post or
proxy will beentertained).
8. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a
candidate
9. The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete
or false information.
10.Please note that you are required to carry one set of photocopy of the
following documents attached with the online registration form filled online
along with the originals of the same when called upon verification:
1. Copy of the birth certificate to be attached with the online
registration form and Original Birth certificate of the Child to be
submitted after the admission is confirmed

Take the printout of filled form (Nursery Admission) paste photograph and submit it along with the required documents at the school gate no 1 (9:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.) of the school, if the form not submitted at the school gate no 1 registration will be cancelled. The Payment will be made through ONLINE ONLY.
Do not use symbols like -/ or ‘ or “ : or Etc. while filling the form online as these symbols cannot be accepted by the software.
Kindly fill the application form carefully.
Please be sure that all the information duly filled regarding your ward’s particulars i.e. date of birth, address proof, sibling proof (fee slip of latest month of brother/sister studying in the same school i.e. DAV JASOLA VIHAR), Alumni Proof (passed out certificate from DAV JASOLA/SARITA VIHAR) should be correct as per the details in the original documents
All the supporting documents and application form must be self-attested otherwise the form will be cancelled.

Important instructions to be followed while filling/submitting the form
1. Registration is valid only if registration fee is paid.
2. Registration fee is Rs. 25/- + registration charges levied by the payment gateway.
3. In case of twins/triplets, an application specifying the registration number of twin/triplets should be attached with each form.
4. Parents must ensure that the information submitted in the form is correct as no changes shall be entertained later.
5. The self-attested print copy of duly filled form along with the copy of the receipt should be dropped in the school drop box from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm till March 04, 2021.
6. Please click on print option after paying the registration fee.
