1. Age: Only children who complete three years by March 31, 2021 are eligible
for admission to Pre-School for the academic year 2021-22.
(Born between 01.04.2017 and 31.03.2018)
2. Christians: This school being an unaided minority school run by the Delhi
Orthodox Syrian Church Society, all the Orthodox Syrian Christians fulfilling the
age criteria will be admitted on producing the documentary evidence from their
respective Parish Priest, to this effect, along with the application. Other Syrian
Christians will also be considered.
3. Management Quota: 20% (36 seats)
4. EWS and Disadvantaged groups: St. Paul’s School is an unaided minority
institution. Minority schools are exempted from the ambit of RTE.
5. Staff Quota: 5% of the seats are reserved as staff quota for the children of the
employees of the school.
6. Open Seats: The remaining seats, which are not covered under the above
categories will be allotted to those who obtain maximum points based on the
parameters prescribed hereunder. The unfilled seats in the above categories will be

Thereafter they should take a print out of the online filled registration form with acknowledgement slip and submit the same at Rosary Church School, Church Compound, Radio Colony, Kingsway Camp, Delhi-9, with a registration fee of Rs.25/-from 25 th February 2021 to 04th March 2021 on all working days (Monday To Friday) from 9.30.A.M to 12.00.Noon. Non-submission of filled on-line registration forms will not be considered for candidature.

Any alteration on printed Registration form will not be accepted and will be treated as cancelled.

N.B.: Recent photograph (Size 5x4 Cm) of the child along with his/her parents (Two copies) should be affixed on both the Registration Form and acknowledgement slip.

• A self attested copy of the Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation. Christians must also attach a self attested photocopy of Baptism Certificates of both parents and child apart from MCD birth certificate. Only computerised Birth Certificate issued by the MCD will be accepted.
• Parents of the Christian candidates belonging to the main stream churches must attach a letter from their respective Parish Priests / Pastors testifying that they are the practicing members of the respected churches as preference will be given only to the practicing Christians.

         Parents of the Christian candidates must be a Baptised practicing member of Main stream church for at least 5 years.

• Proof of Residence: Voter ID card/Telephone Bill (MTNL)/ Electricity bill/Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parent or child / Aadhaar Card / Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
• Proof of sibling (wherever applicable)(Real brother/ sister studying in Rosary School) Attach a photocopy of his/her ID card.
• Proof of Alumni : (wherever applicable) Father / Mother Ex-Student of Rosary School who have passed out X / XII from Rosary School (attach photocopies of CBSE passing Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.)

List of the provisionally selected candidates will be displayed on the school website on 20.03.2021 at 05.00PM. Kindly follow the instructions.

 

Children of Practicing Christian parents (Main stream Churches) and staff children shall have the preference in admission irrespective of areas. The remaining seats, if any, will be given for the open category. Since Rosary Church School is a Christian minority Co-education School, to maintain the equilibrium among the boys and girls, equal number of seats will be allocated for admission. In case, we are unable to get candidates from a particular gender, the remaining seats will be considered from other gender .The same criteria will apply for draw of lots, if any.

• An incomplete Registration Form will be discarded. Handwritten registration form will not be accepted.

7. Fill in the particulars of the child (name, parents' names and date of birth) correctly. The date of birth filled in the form must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No kind of rectifications can be made after the Admission form is submitted.
8. Complete information of both parents is to be provided.
9. Incomplete Admission forms or those with incorrect information will automatically be rejected.
10. Forms submitted via fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
11. Submitting the form does not guarantee admission.
12. After completing the form, click on “Submit” button. If your Admission Form is successfully uploaded the system will generate an Application Number and reference number which you must use in all further correspondence. Please take a print out of the filled in Admission Form for your reference.
13. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a candidate.
