There is no option to download or fill online forms as per school website.

You need to collect physical forms from school.

Registration Process

• The form can be filled online at the payment of Rs.25/- as registration charges. REGISTER NOW
• Kindly ensure that you generate / Collect receipt & acknowledgment for the registration form & fee paid.
• The incomplete registration form will be rejected.

Instructions for filling up the Registration Form

• Parents should read the instructions carefully before filling in the Registration Form to avoid rejection
• Parents should fill in each entry of the form and should write NA for those entries, which are not applicable. Kindly do not leave any entry blank.
• Incomplete form will not be accepted/entertained. No amendments in the filled-up Registration Form will be done.

1. Incomplete forms will be rejected.

2. The registration of the forms will be considered only on the online payment of Rs.25/- as the registration amount. REGISTER NOW

3. On successful submission of the Registration Form, an acknowledgment receipt with application number, user id and password will be generated, which must be used for all future correspondence.

4. Parents must carry the following documents in original along with their attested photocopies at the time of verification to the school office.
   

• Acknowledgment slip.
• Printout of school Registration Form filled online.
• Proof of residence (anyone) MTNL bill/passport/voter I. Card/Electricity-water bill, ration card or Aadhar card, domicile certificate.
• In case of sibling-please bring the photocopy of the present ID card/Latest fee slip (anyone)
• In the case of Alumni-Attested photocopy and original XII class mark sheet.
• Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.
• Medical Documentation and certificate from a competent medical officer if the child is suffering from some medical ailment or is a special need child.
• Two passport-sized photographs, both for parent and child.

(AS PER THE GUIDELINES ISSUED BY THE HON’BLE HIGH COURT
NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI)

1. The School Management has resolved that the Nursery Admission Procedure for
Academic Session 2021-2022 for its feeder school Sri Guru Nanak Nursery
Academy Managed by Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Majlis Park/Adarsh
Nagar, Delhi may be implemented to comply all the orders issued by Hon’ble High
Court National Capital Territory of Delhi in true spirit with immediate effect.
2. Sri Guru Nanak Public School Managed by Gurudwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha,
Majlis Park/Adarsh Nagar, Delhi is recognized by Directorate of Education, Delhi
Government and affiliated to CBSE as UNAIDED MINORITY SCHOOL.
3. The school has its own land and not been allotted any land by DDA or any
Government Agencies. So 25% Quota for Economically Weaker Section and
Disadvantaged Group is not mandatory for Minority Schools like ours who have not
been allotted land by the Govt. Agency.
4. As per the order issued by Additional secretary (Education) Dr. Madhu Rani
Teotia (IAS) vide order dated 18.12.13 has stated in Pt. 14 (c ) ( iv) that,
Minority schools shall have the right to reserve seats for the students belonging
to the minority community concerned. The Extent of seats reserved/unreserved
shall be announced and the procedure followed shall be publicized through
