Instructions for filling online Application Form

• All the requisite details must be filled in with due consideration. Any misleading or false information may lead to cancellation /rejection.
• Changes and alterations of any sort will NOT be entertained once the Form is submitted.
• Alongwith the form Kindly upload passport size photos of Father, Mother and Child, with clear face image, in jpg, Png format (100kb) and copy of address proof (500kb) as per Registration form.
• After the form is duly filled, Kindly proceed to pay ONLINE REGISTRATION FEE of Rs. 25/-(Non-Refundable). No other mode of payment will be accepted.
• Registration process will be considered complete only after Completion of Form along with Payment of Registration Fee.
• After the acceptance, each Form will be issued UNIQUE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBER. This number will be used for any further correspondence regarding the admission process.
• Copy of Filled Form and acknowledgement of Registration Fee will also be sent to the email id provided by you.
• Print out of the same should be taken for future.
• All supporting documents will be physically checked and verified before granting admission.

DOCUMENT CHECKLIST

1. Self Attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate of the child.
2. Self Attested photocopy of Residence proof (either of the following)-
   1. Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of Parents(Mother/Father having name of child)
   2. Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents
   3. Voter I - Card (EPIC) of any of the Parents.
   4. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the Parents or Child.
   5. Aadhaar Card/UID issued in the name of any of the Parents (Rent agreement will not be considered as proof of residence).
3. Proof of Sibling (Latest Fees Receipt/Student’s I Card).
4. Self Attested photocopy of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (wherever applicable).

2. Kindly fill only one online form against one admission. Duplicacy will not be accepted.

ADMISSION GUIDELINES

1. 1. The registration process is open for admission in class  Pre-School (Nursery) / Pre-Primary (K.G) for the session 2021-22.

Pre- School (Nursery)	Less than 4 years as on 31 st March 2021.
Pre-Primary (K.G)	Less than 5 years as on 31 st March 2021.

1. The online form is open only for the candidates applying under General Category Only. Candidates willing to apply under DG/EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
2. Parents are required to fill the form online only through www.bbpssv.com.
3. Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
4. Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online.
5. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use.
6. Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The size of the photograph may not be more than 100KB. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.

Please ensure that the face of the candidate, father and mother is clear in the photograph uploaded.

NO REGISTRATION FORMS TO BE SUBMITTED AT THE SCHOOL PHYSICALLY.
