  3. Before submitting Registration Form register & activate an account through a valid Email ID (Click Register button to register)
  4. After registering your email ID, please wait 5 minutes to receive the password.
  5. Payment will be made ONLINE.
  6. Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
  7. In case of single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both the columns.
  8. Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
  9. Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be submitted at school reception, along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents immediately.
  10. If payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again

  • Parents can also collect admission form at school reception from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm

  • Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
  • Electricity bill / MTNL telephone bill / water bill in the name of any of the parents.

  • Please note: Mobile phone and internet bills will not be acceptable.
  • Acknowledgment receipt of Adhar card / UID card will not be acceptable.

CRITERIA FOR PRE-SCHOOL ADMISSION
SESSION 2021-22

Reference Directorate of Education Circular No. F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/654-664 dated 09 February 21.
The Managing Committee of the School hereby approves the following criteria and schedule for admission to PreSchool for the session 2021-22.
Total No. of Seats: 368

Children born between 01.04.2017 & 31.03.2018 will be eligible for admission to pre-school.


Points will be allocated to the applicants on the basis of the following criteria:

• Except for EWS, staff wards, Management quota seats, for rest of the seats 50% seats will be given to boys
& 50% to girls.
• The remaining seats of category B (if any) will become open seats.
• There will be no interaction with parent/child
• No prospectus will be sold. Only Registration Fee of Rs.25/- will be charged.
• There will be no weightage for parent’s educational qualification, occupation or financial status.


• Registration/Receipt of forms will start from 18.02.2021 (Thursday) till 04.03.2021 (Thursday) (2
pm).
• First list of provisionally selected candidates along with waiting list will be displayed at 2 pm on 20.03.2021
(Saturday)
• Queries of parents, if any, will be resolved between 22.03.2021(Monday) to 23.03.2021 (Tuesday)
• Second list of candidates (if any) will be displayed on 25.03.2021 (Thursday)
• Admission process to be over in all respects by 31.03.2021 (Wednesday)

(General Instructions)
❖ Eligibility Criteria: Age of the child as on 31.03.2021 should be between 3-4 years i.e born
between 01.04.2017 to 31.03.2018.
❖ Procedure:
• The registration/receipt of forms to Pre School Class is available online only (No hard
copies available) and can be done from 18.02.2021 to 04.03.2021 (both days inclusive).
• You can register ONLINE at bbpsgr.balbharati.org
• All fields marked with * are mandatory.
• Kindly fill the category (General/Alumni/Sibling/Staff) carefully in the form.
• After the online registration form is completed and submitted, a printout of the Registration
Form generated ONLINE should be taken and submitted in the drop box kept at
earmarked areas at the Bal Bharati Public School near Ganga Ram Hospital.
• Only one form per child will be accepted. In case a form with duplicate information is
deposited in the drop box, both the forms are liable to be cancelled/rejected.
• No editing is possible in the form after submission. In case of any error in the submitted
form, follow the steps as given below:
o Fill a new form by making a fresh payment.
o A new registration number will be generated, submit the hard copy of this form
with correct details.
• No document except photograph of the child is to be attached with the form.
• Last date of submission of Registration form is 04.03.2021.
• List of Provisionally selected students will be displayed at Pusa Road and Ganga Ram
School gate as well as on the school website bbpsgr.balbharati.org on 20.03.2021 at 2:00
p.m.
• Registration Fee: A sum of Rs.25/- is to be paid online as registration fee. The payment
mode in ONLINE only.
• Please provide at least one phone number of both (Father and Mother) in the column(s)
provided for future communication.
• Fee for the current session (2020-2021) can be viewed under admission tab on the school
website (bbpsgr.balbharati.org). For session 2021-2022 fee structure is yet to be decided.
• If points are claimed for First Born category and the child gets selected for admission, an
affidavit in this regard has to be submitted.

1. EWS / DG / CWSN CATEGORY :

The admission under this EWS / DG Category and CWSN for 25% of the total seats will be done by Directorate of Education.

No application for CWSN will be accepted by hand/post/e-mail or any other means.

Springdales Schools are NOT Special Schools but follow a policy of "Integration".

2. GENERAL CATEGORY:

For this category there will be 85 seats available which will be 50% of the total seats for this class.

The Criteria for selection of these children will be in accordance with the guidelines given. i.e. there will be no interviewing or screening of children or their parents . The whole process will be fair and rational, non-discriminatory, transparent and child-friendly. Admission will be based on the information given and will have to be backed by authentic proofs with documents attached to the form when submitted. Information regarding parents' professions and educational qualifications will not form a part of the admission criteria. It will be used only for school data processing.

Admission for the General Category of seats will be based on the following criteria as per policy for which points will be given to ensure a rational and fair result. If there is a tie in the points for the last seats to be allotted there will be Random Selection in the form of a Draw of lots to finalise these seats.

The list of selected and non-selected candidates will be placed on the school website showing the points secured.

3. STAFF CATEGORY

Children of Staff :

All confirmed and permanent members of staff will be considered for the admission of their children. Grand Children of Staff members who have attained Superannuation in Springdales will be admitted to a maximum of 5% seats under Staff Category.

These candidates must apply through the online registration form but no points are required for this category. If the applications exceed the number of seats allotted there will be a draw of lots. Grandchildren of retired staff will be considered as fee paying students.

As per the Circular of Directorate of Education Dated: 26-11-2018 SL. No. 6 of admission criteria:

"The ward of Staff / Employees of any school concerned can have a right for admission to that school but extending the same benefits to the sister concern of that particular school will curtail the right of General Parents' wards."

As per clause quoted above permanent staff members with children / grand children can only apply in the branch of the school where they have served / are serving. The application will be rejected if applied for in any other branch.

Any staff seats un availed at the time of closure of admission will be transferred to General category.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION :

1) Residence Criteria (39 points) :

(a) Those applicants who live in areas which are specified in the registration form will get 39 points.

(b) Those applicants not living in areas mentioned in the form will get 29 points.

2) Sibling Criteria (35 points) :

The school considers this to be a very important factor for admission as it becomes very problematic for parents to have children in different schools. Existing parents also have a bonding with the school which they chose for their first child because of its special features. Even then, it will not be possible to accommodate all.

(a) There will be no points given in the sibling criteria if the older sibling is studying in Springdales, Dhaula Kuan or is cousin of the child seeking admission.

(b) Irrespective of the branch of the first child, NO Inter Unit transfer will be allowed at any stage.

3) Alumni Criteria (26 points)

The schools are three-generational and have a large 60 year-old Alumni Association with 5000 life members deeply attached to their Alma Mater and who have great aspirations for their children's education at Springdales.

A) Former Students who have been in school for 11 years and above, will get 26 points.

1. Fill the complete details in the form online and submit it online. The admission software will automatically REJECT the form if filled for more than one branch. Apply only for ONE branch (Dhaula Kuan/Pusa Road).

2. After filling the form online take a printout of the form along with the receipt only on white A4 size papers. Attach photo copies of all documents required with the printed form. Also paste recent photographs of both parents and the child on the form.

3. Kindly note: The points calculated on the registration form submitted online are subject to verification and may be changed.

4. If the hard copy of the form duly filled is not submitted at Springdales School Pusa Road, the online form will be disqualified.
