2. Eligible Age : Child should be 3+ and less than 04 years as on 31st March
of the year in which the admission is sought.
3. Children who reside Points
a. within 0 to 2 kms of school will be awarded [80]
b. within 2 to 5 kms will be awarded [70]
c. within 5 to 8 kms will be awarded [60]
4. Sibling criteria – Real brother/sister only [10]
5. Alumni criteria – Same school only [10]
6. A printed copy of the online submitted form and payment of Rs.25/-
deposited through Online payment Gateway using Debit/Credit card and
Net Banking payment options be submitted, with Photo-copy of Birth
Certificate of the child issued by MCD, be dropped in the Box installed in
the Security Room at the Entrance Gate of the School latest by
07.01.2022 upto 1.00 p.m. (No cash payment will be accepted).
7. Documents Required for verification AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION (In
original) :
Final admission is subject to verification of the documents.
a. Proof of Residence –
i. Ration Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having
name of child).
ii. Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents
iv. Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name
of any of the parents or child.
v. Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
b. Proof of Sibling – latest fee slip
Under Sibling Category, if one of the ‘Twin Children’ gets selected then
the other would be considered under ‘Sibling Category’
c. Proof of Alumni – School Leaving Certificate / Sr. Sec./ Secondary Board
Certificate
(Parents must bring a passport size photograph each of the child, father and
mother for admission after verification of documents.)
8. The Existing Bus routes are given on the School’s Website. There will be
no change in the existing bus routes. Parents will be required to make
their own arrangement for other routes.
Admission Procedure for
CAMBRIDGE ASSESSMENT INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION
The school is now affiliated with Cambridge Assessment International Education.
*Admission to Cambridge Wing is optional with a different fee structure.
*The admission criteria and registration form for the Cambridge Wing remain the
same.
*Cambridge Curriculum is only for classes Nursery to VIII.
*Interested parents should deposit the Registration form at school reception instead
of Drop Box.
*Only 60 seats are available on first cum first basis.

REGISTRATION FOR PRE-SCHOOL (2022-2023)

Academic Year: 2022-2023

Parents/ Guardians are expected to read the following information before filling the form:

1. Total Seats are : 40 : Open Seats are 32 ( Normally 20 seats for male and 20 seats for female),
2. Age: The child should be less than 4 years as on 31st March,2022.
3. No reservation for EWS category as per the decision of the Honorable High Court of Delhi on Minority Institution.
4. Only Practicing Roman Catholic candidates registered under Prasad Nagar Parish Zone and the regular confirmed staff ward of St. Michael’s Sr. Sec. School, 3, Pusa Road, will have First preference in admission. Next preference will be given to other Practicing Christian denomination candidates within 0 to 5 km distance from the school. For all Christian denominations including Catholics both the Parents should be practicing Christians to avail the points under Christian category. The remaining seats if any will be for the general category based on the criteria given below:
   1. Practicing Christian Minority - 40 Points
   2. Neighborhood policy - 30 Points (All Distance by road from the school) 
      (upto 5 Km - 30 Points) (Above 5 Km till 8 Km — 25 Points) (Beyond 8Km - 20 Points)
   3. Alumini - 20 Points
   4. Sibling - 10 Points
5. Short — listing will be done according to the above mentioned point system. There will be No Test or Interview of the Candidates.Both the Parents of the short listed candidates will be called for a limited interaction to verify the documents. Catholic and Christian Parents are expected to know basic Catechism to prove that they are practicing Christians.
6. List of the selected candidates will be displayed on the School website on 4th February, 2022 at 5.00 p.m, To save paper and environment we will not display the result on the Notice Board.
7. School will not provide any transport facility to the students, it is the responsibility of the Parents to arrange safe transport facility to their ward.
8. Every year to meet the standard establishment cost, the school fees may go upto 10 to 15%.
9. Incomplete and erroneous/false information shall lead to automatic cancellation without intimation to the Parents and the school may take legal action and will not compromise with such applicants.
10. Admission related disputes if any will be settled only within the jurisdiction of Delhi. School doesn't entertain any mediators/agents making false promises for admission. The School management will not be held responsible for any such dealings. If anything of such sought happens kindly report the matter to the Principal.
11. Hard copy of the on-line filled in Application Form along with self attested Photocopies of the following relevant documents to be submitted at the school Office only on working days from 3rd January 2022 to 7th January, 2022 (from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.), along with non refundable registration fee Rs. 25/- by cash only.
    1. Photograph of child along with both the Parents affix at appropriate place in registration form and on acknowledgement form.
    2. Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local self Government. (Apart from Birth Certificate a copy of Baptism Certificate and a letter from the Parish Priest is must for Christian Candidates)
