A-No fixed admission calendar or criteria . Admission starts Nov on wards and go till June. Most of schools take children / parents interview, some follow point system/dol or FCFS depending on vacancy.

Can we create the following from our family doctor who is taking care of our kid...
1 Some schools check immunization card very carefully (all the vaccines put should be duly signed by you doctor on the immunization card)
2 Some schools ask for medical certificate from your doctor stating that your child is not suffering from infectious disease or any other disease -

YES.
2 Some schools check immunization card very carefully (all the vaccines put should be duly signed by you doctor on the immunization card)
It has to be from the time of birth with original vaccination card with details.
Your family doctor can add latest vaccinations done
It has to be in original since the time of Birth. ( You have to submit Zerox copy at school and show original at the time of confirmed admission).

Important Dates for General Category

Resolution of queries of parents, if any (by written/ email/ verbal interaction) regarding allotment of points to their ward(s) in the second list. 22/02/2022 (Tuesday) to 28/02/2022 (Monday) 7. Closure of Admission process 31/03/2021 (Wednesday) * School visiting hours for resolution of queries of parents – 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Age eligibility and total number of Seats :

Registration Forms shall be available from 18th February,2020 (Thursday) at the School during school working hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) on all working days or On-line registration can be done on School website www.ppischool.com.
Rs. 25/- (Non-refundable) will be charged as Admission registration fee. Duly filled form should be submitted at the school by 4th March 2021 (Thursday), during school working hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM).
Important :
The online applicants are required to submit the admission registration fee (INR 25) and self-attested copy of the below mentioned documents at the school by 5th March, 2021 (within school working hours, i.e. between 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM), otherwise the registration shall be considered as invalid.
For claiming points of sibling, it is mandatory to fill up the details of the sibling studyng in this school, in the registration form.Documents required to be submitted at the time of Admission –
- Proof of residence (original and photocopy both)
a.Ration Card / Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child)
b.Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
c.Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d.Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
e.Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents. - Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation (original and photocopy both)
- Aadhaar Card of the child.
- In case of Sibling, a copy of Latest Fee Bill issued by the school office
- Passport size photographs – 6 (Child) and 2 (Each parent)
Note:- It is mandatory for both the parents to be present at the school along with the child at the time of completion of Admission formalities.
