Hi,

Is anyone facing problem in opening Holy Chid Tagore Garden Registration form.

Some parents have mailed us they they are facing the same issue, we have advised them to try tomorrow and if problem is not rectified then contact school.

The registration for  entry-level  classes [below six years of age] for open seats will commence from 15.12.2021.

Registration can be done both online and offline .

Age  criteria  is  as  under :

For Pre -School	Less than 04  years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission  is  sought.
For Pre- Primary	Less  than 05 years  as  on  31st  March  of  the  year  in which  the  admission  is  sought.
For Class – 1	Less  than 06  years as  on  31st March  of  the  year  in  which  the admission  is  sought.

Note: The age relaxations for admission of upto 30 days may be granted at the level of head of school in the min. & upper age limit for these classes. The parents may approach the Head of School/Principal for seeking age relaxation through a mannual application.

For  Online Registration

A  printed  copy  of  the  online   submitted  form   alongwith  Rs. 25/- [cash] [non – refundable Registration Fee]  and  self  attested  copy  of  Date  of  Birth certificate of  the  child issued  by MCD  will  be  submitted  in  the  school office.

VISITING THE CAMPUS

• A visit/tour of the school by prospective parents and students is part of the enrolment process and may be accomplished through a guided tour , and a shadow visit with the admission counsellor during the school non-working hours.

CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO NURSERY CLASS/PRE-SCHOOL UNDER OPEN SEATS

• Pre School/Nursery children who complete three years of age as on 31st March 2022 will be eligible for admission to class Nursery for the session 2022-23.
• The age relaxation for admission of upto 30days may be granted at the level of head of school in the minimum & upper age limit for these classes. The parents may approach the Head of School/Principal for seeking age  relaxation through a manual application
• The school shall use the standardized registration form with a unique registration number.
• Parents are required to carry all original documents for verification at the time of admission.
• Incomplete forms will be rejected.
• The school can have interaction with parents with the purpose to ascertain the correctness of the details furnished.
• The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete or false information
• If the number of applications under open seats is more than the seats available, then a draw of lots will be conducted to select the applicants for admission

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED ALONG WITH REGISTRATION FORM
 

1. Regarding Date of Birth of child:

*Less than 04 years as on by 31st March 2022 (This is in accordance with Directorate of Education, order No.         F./DE/15/1031Act/2007/7002 dated 24/11/2007.

  Please attach the self attested photocopy of

 - Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipal Corporation or equivalent authority.

2. To claim points under criteria–“Neighbourhood”:
 

Please attach self attested photocopies of (any two documents) as valid proof of address:-
 

- Ration card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child)
- Domicile certificate of child or his/ her parents.
- Voter I- card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
- Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents of the child. (Only latest copy of the bill will be accepted)
- Aadhaar card/ UID card issued in the name of parent.
 

3. To claim points under criteria–“Sibling”:
- Self attested photo copy of latest Report card/ ID card/ latest Fee bill (anyone).

NO UNDERTAKING WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDING THE DOCUMENTS MENTIONED ABOVE

Documents required for admission in Nursery Class

•  Self-attested copy of the Birth certificate of Child
•  Self-attested copy of Aadhar card of Child
•  Self-attested copy of the Aadhar card of parents
•  Self-attested copy of the residence proof
•  Original copy of Medical fitness certificate
•  Blood group laboratory report
•  5 photographs of Child
•  4 photographs of each parent

And any other document as deemed necessary at the time of admission

Refund of Fee:
Fees shall be refunded as per following norms of Directorate of Education.

1. Immediately ( same day ), after depositing the fees :- Except registration fee, entire fee shall be refunded.
2. Within one month after depositing the full fee for admission of the child:- Except registration fee, admission fee and  one month tuition fee, rest of the fee shall be refunded.
3. After one month no fees will be refunded.
