• For Class I, the child should be less than 06 years as on 31^st March, 2022 of the year in which the admission is sought.
• The online registration fee Rs. 25/- plus transaction charges

 Filling application in the school does not guarantee admission.
Instructions that you must read before you fill in / submit application:
1. After completing the form, click on the ‘Submit’ button. Then the page
would be routed to payment gateway to make the online payment. If the
payment is not made successfully, login again through already
registered link with your user ID &password.
2. Pay Mode: - Only online payment is accepted. Applicants must have
any of the following to make thepayment.
a) NetBanking b)DebitCard c) Credit Card
3. After the successful payment, print the acknowledgement
receipt, as a proof that your application has been registered.
(Please turn Off the Pop-up blocker, to get the
acknowledgement receipt).
4. The acknowledgement receipt & auto generated SMS provide a user-ID
&password.
Note: - If you have made the payment successfully and could not
receive acknowledgement slip or auto generated SMS, Please

5. Use this user-ID & password to obtain the filled form for your child & current
admission status.
6. Take a printout of the duly filled in Registration Form on A4 size paper
(both sides) & attach a recent passport size photograph of you rchild.
Attach the relevant supporting documents as required (Without the
supporting documents your form will be rejected).
7. Please submit the application form and supporting documents online on
the given portal within the permissible date (No forms sent by post or
proxy will be entertained).
8. To avoid rejection, please do not fill up more than one form for a
candidate
9. The school reserves the right to reject application forms with incomplete
or false information.
10.Please note that you are required to carry one set of photocopy of the
following documents attached with the online registration form filled online
along with the originals of the same when called upon verification:

• Copy of the birth certificate to be attached with the online registration form and original birth certificate of the Child to be submitted after the admission is confirmed

(Kindly ensure you have copies of the original birth certificate are in your possession for verification in purposes when called upon to do so.)

• Copy of proof of residence (ANY ONE) :

Some of indicative documents which can be considered as proof of residence of parents/child:

a)Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).

b)Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents

c)Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.

d) Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.

e) Aadhar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

General Instructions

• These guidelines are based on Circular No. F.DE.15 (172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871) dated 30th November 2021 issued by Directorate of Education, NCT of Delhi.
• Registration for Pre-School (Nursery) General Category 2022-23 will be from 15.12.2021 (Wednesday) to 07.01.2022 (Friday).
• Registration will only be done ONLINE through our website www.modernconventschool.com
• Age Eligibility: Child should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2022 but should have completed 3 years. However, age relaxation up to 30 days maybe granted in minimum as well as maximum age limit in this class as per Circular No. F.DE.15 (172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871) dated 30th November 2021. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation before 07.01.2022 (Friday).
• Applicants are allowed to apply only once. Duplicate registration, if found, will be rejected.
• Parents should take a print out of the form and keep for future correspondence with the school.
• Parents who are filling the registration form for Twins are advised to intimate the school at modernconventschool@rediffmail.com about their application. Kindly mention the Registration Number of both the children in the email.
• You are welcome in case you are desirous to visit the School between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on any working day. Your visit will be facilitated subject to observance of COVID-19 prevention guidelines and intimation about your visit at least 2 days in advance via email at modernconventschool@rediffmail.com.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

3. Boys born between 1^st April 2017 and 31^st March 2018, only, are eligible for application for admission.

4. Document number to be inserted on online form and Xeroxed attested copy submitted with the physical form

• Voter ID (EPIC) of each parent

5. Documents to be submitted by those in special categories

• Catholic / Christian : Baptism certificate (signed by PP) / Dedication letter (Xtian)
  Baptism certificate of Christian parents. Certificate of Parish Priest regarding the applicants and parents participation in Parish devotion/activity.
• Sibling : Stamped copy of the last fee paid receipt of applicants sibling
• Alumni : Father’s marksheet and Father’s OCA membership

6. Point System :

• Catholic / Christian (Area A) : 30 Points
• Catholic / Christian (Area B) : 10 Points
• Alumni Child : 30 Points
• Sibling : 30 Points

7. While mentioning Religion is not mandatory, if applicants wish to avail of admission preference to Catholics / Christians filling this information is essential. In addition, Minorities wishing to avail of Minority facilities (e.g scholarships by the Government need to fill in this information.

8. Catholics/Christians who fall within the designated Parish Areas (see drop box) will be category A, the remaining will be category B (Others). Catholic B have other Catholic, Church run schools, closer to their address.

9. All students claiming admission under the Minority Christian category commit to the student attending Catechism classes in school throughout his years in the school. (Catechism classes are taken on a non-denominational basis (among the different churches of the Christian faith)

10. Duplicate forms will be rejected.

11. The school reserves the right to reject applications with incomplete or false information.

12. If seats remain after accommodating applicants on points, only those who have come to verify their documents and are physically present at the time of LUCKY DRAW will be considered for the same.

13. The total number of seats for the KG class 2022-23 is 240.

Holy Child Senior Secondary School Tagore Garden is an
unaided Christian Minority School run by Sisters of Charity.
Forms will be available ONLINE only from 15th December2021
