Young Angels Magazine	:	Rs. 360/- (One Time)

Monthly Fee (Payable Quarterly)

Optional Charge
Mid-Day Meals (Pre Nursery to Class III)	:	Rs. 1,080 /- (Per Month) Chargeable for 10 Months)

Hi Sakshi,

3 queries -

1. Regarding original birth certificate issued by Muncipal Corporation or Equivalent Authority ( Few schools ask with Name of the Child printed) -

My son is an Australian citizen. And his b.cert is issued by Australian authorities. Will this work?

2. His immunization card is also mixed.. his initial records are updated in Australian vaccination card and later ones in Indian.. I hope this should work. Right? As long as all required vaccinations have been done in combined.

3. Affidavit in case of Single Parents -

What exactly is this and from which authority this needs to be issued?

Hi sakshi can you please confirm..i. have changed my daughter name now in pre-school..so her name is changed with the name printed on birth certificate.. pls.confirm its mandatory that real name should be matched as name printed on Birth certificate????
