Nursery Admissions in Delhi NCR 2025-26

So how do you judge? which school is being transparent in the process? do we know why a child was not selected/called for interaction considering other factors remain the same?

I have received call from all the schools,sommerville,FAS,apj but i dropped sommerville as i dont think they are transparent(This is my thinking) and not ready to answer my queries(only aftr admission) but other schools did that.i m saying please apply ur brains,thatz it rather u r the best person to know what is right for ur kid.IF they would be transparent,they would have given a list of selection not like pick and drop for all kids....atleast other schools are showing this transparency....your application is either this way or another but sommerville is not doing this.Best of luck for all..please select best of your kid as it is very important decision

Priyanka, I agree with most of your points. But the age criteria you just pointed out is not correct. I have got the admission confirmation from Somerville and my daughter would be 3 yrs 5 months on 31st March.

Whether I actually take admission is another point though. Yes, there is absolutely no transparency.

Though my daughter will turn 3 yrs and 10 mnths on March 2016, we didn't get a call for interaction at Sommerville ! We stay in Noida only !

This could be also because till last year their age criteria was 3.5years+. This year Somerville have changed criteria to 3+. A child who was less than 3.5 years last year could miss the admission to their school this year also b'coz of their change in age criteria.

Hey congrats.. Did u got a call or courier and when.?? any idea if they are still confirming the selection ?? i am waiting for their response.

U can submit the fees in somerville and accept the admission and in case you got thru DPS, Somerville will deduct some money and will return the rest.

Congrats to you .. But i was asking about interaction thing.. After submitting form i have not yet received any courier or call from somerville for interaction.

As confirm by them they are sending couriers for interaction for next two weeks, so you should not loose hope. Best of luck. :)
