GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The Registration Form is available free of cost at the school reception from
08.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. & on the school website round the clock from 1st December 2022
onwards. The same can be downloaded on the school website (www.thesovereignschool.com)
and an amount of Rs. 25/- can be paid at the time of Registration.
a. First list of students selected for admission and waiting list will be displayed
on the school website(www.thesovereignschool.com) as well as on school notice board
outside the gate on 20.01.2023.
b. The registration form to be submitted at the school reception or through website.
c. An optional transport facility is made available to the students subject to the availability of
seats from any particular area. In case, the school transport is not available, the parents will
have to make their own arrangements. Routes charted by the school will not be changed.

d. The age of the child should be as per the table given below :-

Eligibility Criteria for Admission in Class Nursery, KG & I 2023-24

The admission to Entry level classes Nursery, KG & I (General Category) are subject to the availability of seats.

For Admission in Nursery	The candidate must be above 03 years and less than 04 years as on 31st March 2023.
For Admission in KG	The candidate must be less than 05 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission sought.
For Admission in Class I	The candidate must be less than 06 years as on 31st March of the year in which the admission sought.

Note- One month age relaxation in upper age (Interested Candidates) as per DOE Guidelines.

Admission Guidelines

• The registration process is open for admission in class Nursery, KG & I for the session 2023-24.
• Parents are required to fill the form ONLINE MODE ONLY. No changes at a later stage will be accepted and all such application will be rejected.
• The online form is only for the candidates applying under GENERAL CATEGORY ONLY. Candidates willing to apply under DG/ EWS Category are required to fill the form at the website of Directorate of Education, Delhi.
• Kindly download the registration form and retain the hard copy for further use.
• Kindly fill all the particulars carefully.
• E-mail address and contact no. once used for the registration of any candidate cannot be re-used.
• Payment of Rs. 25/- towards registration shall be charged online. Kindly retain the registration form in hard copy for further use. Bank charges, if any will be borne by the parents.
• Ensure a receipt of Rs. 25/- for registration charges has been procured. (to be used at the time of verification of documents)
• Please keep passport size photo of the child, mother and father ready to upload while filling the form. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only. Please ensure that the face of the candidate, father and mother is clear in the photograph uploaded.
• Self Attested copy of Date of Birth proof of the candidate and residence proof to be attached online while registering. The image should be in .jpg or .png format only.
• Self Attested copy of latest fee receipt of session 2022-23 issued in name of the sibling (Sibling case only), Proof of SC/ST/OBC Certificate (If applicable), Marksheet of Class X/XII of either parent (in case of Alumni only) to be uploaded in not more than 500 KB. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION
1. Login : sbdav.redoxerp.com
2. Click on parent option.
3. Insert Email Id and Mobile No.
4. Read instructions carefully.
5. Click continue and fill up the form completely.
6. The application will be deemed as rejected in case of incomplete form/documents or
sending cash/ cheque with the application.
7. Aadhar Card No’s, Email addresses and Mobile Nos. are mandatory to be filled.
8. Upload (1) Student's Photograph (2) Date of Birth Certificate (3) Address Proof
9. Only online payment will be accepted.
10. Do not use symbols like (') single quote & (“) Double quotes as these symbols cannot be
accepted by the software.
11. Click on Register & Pay to complete online process.
12. Registration fee of Rs. 25 is non refundable.
13. Take/ Keep the print out of the online submitted form for your own reference if you want. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR OFFLINE REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION

The Registration Form can be obtained from the school reception on payment of Rs. 25/-
on all working days between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.

OR

1. Download the Registration Form by clicking on the link Pre-School
2. Bring the printed filled form along with the following documents :
(i) Student's Photograph
(ii) Copy of Date of Birth Certificate.
(iii) Any two valid Address Proof viz. Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of
parents (Mother/Father having name of the child), Domicile certificate of child or his/her parent.
Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents or child, Aadhar Card/ UID Card issued in the name of
any of the parent.
3. Submit these documents at school reception with Registration Fee of Rs. 25 (non
Refundable)

B. Completed Form along with above mentioned documents enclosed must be submitted at
School Reception between 8:30 a.m. And 11:30 a.m.

Incomplete/ Incorrect/ Duplicate registration forms will be rejected.
