Important information regarding admission

1. 1. The child should be born between 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.

2. 2. After filling the form online and uploading jpg/pdf of required documents, online registration fee to be paid. The payment details will be received by you on your mobile.

3. 3. Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification . The date and time of verification will be intimated by email from school. Kindly show the online payment's transaction ID received by you in SMS, failing which the form will not be accepted.

4. 4. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.

5. 5. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.

6. 6. Incomplete, incorrect or registration forms without payment will automatically stand cancelled.

7. 7. The spelling of Father's name, Mother's name and Child's name should match with the documents submitted for registration. No change, whatsoever, shall be entertained in future.

8. 8. The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against them.

9. 9. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.

10. 10. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence, including online registration fee payment( ₹ 25/-).

   A) Criteria for Selection:
   
   Admissions shall be made on point scale based on school specific criteria without any discrimination of Caste/Religion/Region etc. The points shall be distributed as per the following neighborhood and sibling parameter:

• Neighbourhood: 70 points
• 0 to 8 kms:                                   70 points
• Above 8 kms:                                60 points

 

• Siblings studying in same school: 30 points

 

• Total:                                            100 points

1. B) Process of Admission within Neighbourhood:
   

• The school shall first segregate the applications having residence within the first neighborhood range of 0-8 km.
• Out of the total applications from the first neighborhood range of 0-8 km, the school shall first give admission to all siblings.
• If the applications of sibling category within 0-8 km are less than the seats of General Category and if seats still remain vacant after exhausting siblings’ applications, the school shall admit the students on the basis of draw of lots from the remaining applications received under the neighbourhood range 0-8 km.
• In case the total applications of 0-8 kms is less than the number of seats of General Category, and vacancies still remain unfilled after exhausting the applications from the distance range of 0-8 km, the applications from the distance range of above 8 kms shall be considered in the above manner.s

   Age Limit
   
   For admission in the Pre-school(Nursery), Pre-Primary(KG) and Class-1, the minimum age for admission in this class shall be three years, four years and five years respectively by 31st March 2022 for admission in academic session 2022-23.
   
   For admission in the Pre-school(Nursery), Pre-Primary(KG) and Class-1, the upper age limit is less than 04 years,05 years,06 years respectively as on 31st March 2022 for admission in academic session 2022-23.
   
   
4. Registration:

A. Admission counter at the school reception: The candidates can register their names at the admission counter of the school on all working days from 15th December, 2021 to 7th January,2022 between 9.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. on payment of Rs.25/- only.

B. School Website, www.ShreeRam.in.: Registration form is available on the school website. The filled in form can be submitted ONLINE along with the required documents and a registration fee of Rs. 25/-.

• The filled in application form should contain self attested photocopies of the documents as specified in the DOE Guidelines dated 30.11.2021 issued by Director of Education, Govt. of NCT of Delhi

 

5. Documents Required (for valid proof of residence):

• Ration card /Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of the child.);
• Domicile certificate of the child or of his/her parents;
• Voters I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents;
• Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child;
• Aadhaar Card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.

• Self attested photo copy of the Birth Certificate.

• Self-attested photocopy of the identity cards (both sides) or fee receipt showing the admission no. in case of sibling category.

 

8. ADMISSION

• The admission shall be made without any discrimination of caste/religion/region etc. by the admission committee under the Chairmanship of the Headmistress and assisted by the Primary In charge.
• No interview or interaction shall be held with the candidates or the parents.

  Online Registration Process

✽ Read the instructions carefully.

✽ Fill the form and submit online only. It will be Registered after an online payment of Rs. 25.
✽ You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of filled Application Form. This will complete the registration process.

  General Instructions

✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done for children born between 1^st March, 2018 and 31^st March, 2019.
✽ Please note that registration of the Application Form does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.
✽ Since there are limited seats available, all applicants cannot be accommodated. Only parents of shortlisted applicants may be called to verify the claims made in the admission form.
✽ Shortlisted candidates will have to bring original documents for verification at the time of payment and admission CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED .
✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria: Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parents) ✽ Applicants will be shortlisted based on points acquired in the admission criteria and offered admission in order of points.   Application Process

Consists of the following Stages:

Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online

✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.

Stage 2: Verification Process.
LIST OF SELF ATTESTED DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE ONLINE FORM ONLY.

✽ Shortlisted candidates will have to bring original documents for verification at the time of payment and admission CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED .
✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria: Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parents)

Group I : Passport/Voter ID (one document from this group - as proof of identity)
AND
Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement giving address. (One document for this group - as proof of residence)

✽ In case of Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly upload the self attested documents with the online form.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction / verification of documents. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant for verification with original documents .
✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.
✽ Claims of "First Born" must be supported by an affidavit signed by both the parents and attested by a 1^st Class Magistrate.

Stage 4: FEE PAYMENT at admission.
List of those applicants offered admission will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.
✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited as per the details given in the admission offer letter.

✽ Parents would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.

✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.

  Instructions for filling the form

✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.

✽ After, Filling the form, you are advised to go through the details once again and if all details are correct and all required documents have been uploaded (please note that no further documents will be accepted by the Vidyalaya), press the "Submit Form" button. If you wish to erase old information, click on the data and retype / reselect the correct information.
✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
✽ After reading the procedure on this pages, Click on "I Accept" button to view the ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.

• Preference in admissions will be given to Candidates belonging to Recognized Christian Minority. 
• Since the School is an Unaided Minority Institution, Reservation under EWS category will not be applicable. 
• Short listed Candidates will be called for verification of Original Documents.
• In case of submission of false statement/information by the parents of selected Candidates the admission shall be automatically cancelled without any intimation.
