1. The child should be born between 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019.
2. After filling the form online and uploading jpg/pdf of required documents, online registration fee to be paid. The payment details will be received by you on your mobile.
3. Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification . The date and time of verification will be intimated by email from school. Kindly show the online payment's transaction ID received by you in SMS, failing which the form will not be accepted.
4. The particulars of the child to be filled correctly and D.O.B must tally with the one recorded in the Date of Birth certificate. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.
5. Submission of form does not mean guarantee admission. Final decision lies with management unequivocally.
6. Incomplete, incorrect or registration forms without payment will automatically stand cancelled.
7. The spelling of Father's name, Mother's name and Child's name should match with the documents submitted for registration. No change, whatsoever, shall be entertained in future.
8. The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should beware of third parties making false claims of procuring admission and collecting money on behalf of the school. If they enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the school shall not be responsible for it. The school will appreciate to know if there is any such person so that proper legal action can be taken against them.
9. Parents are requested to inform the school office if there is any change in the email id, mobile numbers, address or any other relevant information at the earliest as this will help the school for future communication.
10. If your registration form is successfully uploaded, the computerized system will generate a registration receipt with the registration number which you must use in all future correspondence, including online registration fee payment( ₹ 25/-).
11. List of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the school’s website on 04 February 2022, Friday .

13. School may provide transport facility, if feasible and school reserve the right to cancel/ amend any route, at any time.

✽ Read the instructions carefully.

✽ Fill the form and submit online only. It will be Registered after an online payment of Rs. 25.
✽ You will get a Registration Number along with a copy of filled Application Form. This will complete the registration process.
✽ If required an applicant may be invited for verification of documents (IF REQUIRED).
✽ Where required / absolutely necessary, an applicant may be required to visit the Vidyalaya for verification of documents. Email intimation for an appointment will be given to such parent at their registered email-id only.
✽ For any technical assistance required during filling of the form, email at adm.query@spvdelhi.org with your details and phone number.
✽ Registration for admission to Pre-School will be done for children born between 1st March, 2018 and 31st March, 2019.
✽ Please note that registration of the Application Form does not entitle or guarantee admission to an applicant.
✽ Since there are limited seats available, all applicants cannot be accommodated. Only parents of shortlisted applicants may be called to verify the claims made in the admission form.
✽ Shortlisted candidates will have to bring original documents for verification at the time of payment and admission CAN BE DENIED IF DOCUMENTS ARE NOT VERIFIED .
✽ For Neighbourhood Criteria: Both parents will be required to submit at least one document each from the following two groups (Only one address proof required in the case of Single Parents) ✽ Applicants will be shortlisted based on points acquired in the admission criteria and offered admission in order of points. In case the number of applicants with the same points is more than the number of seats, a draw of lots will be conducted.
✽ NO TELEPHONIC OR PERSONAL INQUIRIES WILL BE ENTERTAINED REGARDING THE STATUS OF ANY APPLICATION.
✽ Sardar Patel Vidyalaya is a Co- Educational Institution and, as a part of its philosophy, shall endeavour to maintain gender parity.
✽ Admission will be valid only if the applicable fees and charges are paid in full by the prescribed date, together with necessary documents/certificates and on completion of all other required formalities.
✽ Offer of admission does not mean an automatic allocation / availability of seat in the School Bus. Bus facility is subject to availability. Requests for relocation of a Bus Stop or extension/diversion of the bus route will NOT be entertained.
✽ Every year, the Vidyalaya receives more applications than the number of seats available. Therefore, if an applicant is unable to secure a seat, it is in no way a reflection of his/her calibre.
✽ In any matter regarding admission, its process or the formalities, the decision of the Vidyalaya will be final.

Stage 1: Filling-up Registration of Application Form online
✽After clicking on "Submit Form" Button, applicants have to pay Registration Fee an amount of Rs. 25. After that system will generate a Recipt along with Registration Form and will email the same to you.

Group I : Passport/Voter ID (one document from this group - as proof of identity)
AND
Group II : Currently active utility bill for the three months or a current bank statement giving address. (One document for this group - as proof of residence)
✽ In case of Alumnus, Board Mark sheet of class X/XII and proof of having studied in the Vidyalaya for a minimum of four years is required.
✽ Proof in support of claim made for Gujarati and/or Sibling or 'Inclusive Education' category.
✽ Proof / supporting documents for any other claim(s) made in the Application Form. Kindly upload the self attested documents with the online form.
✽ Documents will be verified only at the time of interaction / verification of documents. For this, a specific date and time will be given to each applicant for verification with original documents .
✽ All claims including claims for Gujarati category and Residential Address are subject to independent verification.
✽ Claims of "First Born" must be supported by an affidavit signed by both the parents and attested by a 1st Class Magistrate.
Stage 4: FEE PAYMENT at admission.
List of those applicants offered admission will be displayed on SPV website and the School Notice Board.
✽ Fees and other Charges should be deposited as per the details given in the admission offer letter.
✽ Parents would be required to open a "FEE ACCOUNT" at the Extension Counter of the Bank in the premises of the Vidyalaya to facilitate transfer of Fees and Charges.
✽ The Vidyalaya reserves the right to revise the FEES AND OTHER CHARGES.
✽ Read all instructions carefully before filling the form.
✽ Incomplete/ incorrectly filled forms are liable to be rejected.

✽ Once the form has been submitted and accepted by the system you cannot make any changes to it.
✽ Submission of duplicate forms should be avoided as it will attract inconsistent responses.
