REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION IN PRE SCHOOL
SESSION 2021-22 (GENERAL CATEGORY)
1. Issuance of Registration Forms for Admission in Pre School from 18.2.2021 to 4.3.2021
between 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
2. Registration form may be downloaded from the website of the school (www.aps.ac.in) and
may be submitted (along with the documents & Registration Fee Rs.25/- in cash) at the
reception counter (between 9:00am to 12:00 noon) from 18.2.2021 to 4.3.2021.
3. Last date for submission of Registration form:- 4.3.2021 (1.00 pm).
4. For admission in Pre School, minimum age of the child should be 3 years complete as on
31.3.2021 and should be less than 4 years, as per instructions issued, by the Directorate of
Education.
5. For distance it is mandatory to submit the colour printout (A-4 size paper) showing correct
driving distance using Google maps (https://maps.google.co.in) from the residence of the
child to the main gate (gate no.1) of the school, otherwise the registration form will be
rejected without giving any notice.
On the Google Map, name of the child & serial no. of registration form must be
written.
6. Self Attested copies of the following documents to be enclosed with the registration form,
otherwise the Registration form will be rejected without giving any notice.
a) Date of Birth Certificate, issued by M.C.D.
b) Residence Proof (Aadhar Card, Ration Card, Voter I-Card, Passport,
MTNL Bill, Water Bill, Electricity Bill in the name of the father)
c) Coloured (A-4 size) Google Map having driving distance.
d) For sibling (real brother & sister only) category, photocopy of Identity Card of elder
brother / sister & the proof of depositing the fee for complete session 2020-21, otherwise,
the child will not be admitted.
e) For alumni category photocopy of 12th class mark sheet / certificate.
7. Following information is enclosed.
a) The criteria for admission for General Category.
b) Admission schedule for registration / admission.

All the 49 children securing more than 75 points have been declared successful for admission in the academic year 2021-22. 

Draw of lots amongst children securing 75 points, for the remaining 71 Seats as well as for the waiting list

5 students who have secured more than 75 points have been granted admission. Children having 75 points for the remaining 85 seats as well as the waiting list will have draw of lots in the school premise
