8. Please note that:
1) Registration Form found incomplete in any respect shall be rejected without any intimation.
Registration of your child does not guarantee any right/claim for selection for grant of
admission.
2) No UNDER-TAKING regarding the documents mentioned above shall be accepted at the time
of verification of documents.
3) Any earlier request application submitted to the school for admission purpose in any class stands
void.
4) For allocation of points in distance criteria, calculation of distance will be made ONLY as per
google map distance (by car) with school Main Gate No. 1 as the starting point.
5) Attach the self attested photocopies of the listed documents in PDF format along with the
registration form at the time of online submission.
6. Bring original documents, three passport size photographs of the candidate and a joint
photograph of the candidate with both the parents (5X6 c.m.) at the time of verification of

Kindly read the instructions given below very carefully:
1) Minimum Age: 3 Years as of 31st March 2021. Upper Age Limit Less than 4 Years as of 31st March 2021 (The child born between 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2018)
2) Fill the form in Capital letters only.
3) Online Registration will be done through the school website – www.khms.ac.in
4) Payment will be made ONLINE.
5) Keep your details of Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking ready for online payment of Rs. 25/- as the registration amount
6) In the case of a single parent, the entire information of the parent is to be repeated in both columns.
7) Fill up the form completely before taking a printout. In case of incomplete form/documents, the application will be deemed as rejected.
8) Print out of the filled registration form, duly signed by the parent, must be dropped in the box placed at the Senior School gate (no.2), along with self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents.
9) The Last date of online submission of the Registration form for pre-school is 04-03-2021
10) The Last date to drop the Registration form along with the required documents at the school counter is 04-03-2021.
11) After registering your email id, please wait for 5 minutes to receive the password.
12) If the payment process is not completed successfully due to any reason, proceed again using the same e-mail Id & password.
13) Kindly keep the photographs in SOFT copy ready for uploading while filling the form. (Applicant’s, Father’s and Mother’s photograph). The size of the photograph should not exceed 200 KB and should not be less than 50KB. 14) Transport facility is available on existing routes and stops.
