Online Registration for Pre-School (Nursery)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Important: You are advised to fill in only one form - either Online OR Offline, to avoid cancellation of both the forms.
Online Registration starts from 18.02.2021 to 04.03.2021 for General Category.

1. Please read this page completely and understand it before filling the Online Registration Form.
2. The Registration Forms of only those children will be considered for admission who have completed minimum 3 years of age and less than 4 years i.e., child must be born between 01-04-2017 to 31-03-2018 both dates are included.  
3. Submit the details online and pay Registration Fee of Rs. 25/- online. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and online payment details.
4. It is Mandatory/Compulsory to submit the hard copy of online registration form in school along with requisite and complete documents otherwise registration remains cancelled.
5. Submission of hard copy of Online Registration Form in school reception with effect from 18.02.2021 to 04.03.2021 between 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
6. Total number of seats available is 220.
7. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
8. Those who will make the cut off list for the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the submitted documents. Please bring original documents as supporting evidence of the filed-in data on the day of verification.
9. Parents will be solely responsible for the correctness of the Information submitted online by them in the registration form.
10. Mere submission of online registration form does not guarantee the admission will be done through points system and draw of lots (if required) as per number of seats available.
11. If the number of applications received for Pre-School is less than or equal to the required number of students to be admitted, draw of lots will not be conducted and all eligible candidates will be admitted.
12. The Criteria for admission for open seats are as follows:

    a.	Distance upto 8 Km from school	50
    b.	Sibling (Real Brother/Sister studying in school)	25
    c.	Alumni (Father/Mother passout from class XII of this school)	15

14. Documents to be submitted along with the Registration Form:
    1. Date of Birth Certificate (Child’s name should be mentioned).
    2. Aadhaar/UID Card of Child.
    3. Residential address proof (any one):-
       a) Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
       b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
       c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
       d) Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
       e) Aadhaar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the parents.
    4.  Proof of Sibling (Recent Report-Card/Fee-Receipts/I-Card), if applicable.
    5.  Proof of Alumni (Class XII Mark-Sheet/Pass Certificate), if applicable.

GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR ADMISSION

1. The School uses Form 1 as a standardized registration form bearing a unique number other than EWS and Disadvantage Category.

2. School Management accepts the self-attested photocopies of the supporting documents with the Registration form. In no case original documents to be submitted at the time of registration. Parent to submit/show all original documents at the time of admission.

3. The school management scrutinizes the registration form to verify the details and other particulars filled up by the parents or guardian.

4. The school management does not conduct any interview or interaction with the child for whom admission is being sought. There also is no observation of the child either in formal or informal conditions.

5. The school Management does not conduct any interview or interaction with the parents. However, the School can have informal interaction with parents only with the purpose to ascertain the veracity and correctness of the documents /details, which will be communicated to the Parents in writing in advance.

6. No Registration will be done for incomplete applications and applications not supported by the proper documents.

7. Schedule of dates for admission

   The school shall make the admission as per the following schedule:

   Availability of Registration form (On line)	18.02.21 (Thursday) to 04.03.21 (Thursday)
   Last date of submission of registration form	04.03.21 (Thursday)
   Uploading detail of children on DOE website/Notice board	09.03.21 (Tuesday)
   Uploading of Marks	15.03.21 (Monday)
   Displaying the first list of selected candidates (including waiting list	20.03.21 (Saturday)
   Resolution of queries of parents	22.03.21(Monday) to 23.03.21 (Tuesday))
   Displaying the second list of selected candidates (including waiting list)	25.03.21 (Thursday)
   Resolution of queries of parents	26.03.21 (Friday)
   Displaying the third list (If require)	27.03.2021 (Saturday)
   Closure of admission process:	31.03.2021 (Wednesday)

8. Depositing of Fee (Only for general category)

   1st List candidate	20.03.21 (Saturday) to 24.03.21 (Wednesday) upto 01:00 p.m.
   2nd List candidate	25.03.21 (Thursday) to 31.03.2021 ( Wednesday)

   Note: (Time schedule may be changed, if necessary, with the prior approval of the Managing Committee.)

9. Refund of Fee: Admission withdrawn/Cancelled due to one reason or another, the fees shall be refunded as per following norms: -

   1. Immediately (same day), after depositing the fees: Except admission fee, the entire fee shall be refunded.

   2. Within one month after depositing the full fee admission of the child: Except registration fee, admission fee, one month tuition fee, entire fee shall be refunded. No fee and other charges shall be refunded after one month.

10. The School Management furnishes detailed information regarding admission in the (Nursery, KG) in prescribed format to DDE. (SW- A).

11. Regarding Fee Structure for the academic year: 2021-22: The Fee structure of the School for the academic year 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22 has been forwarded to Directorate of Education for approval. Till receipt of the approval, following fee structure to be followed. The said Fee Structure is as under except students under EWS/ disadvantage Category.

    Note 2: Fee is required to be deposited by 10th of the consecutive Month. Fine will be charged @Rs. 10/- per day after 10th of Consecutive month.

    
    

    Note 3: In case of bouncing of cheque, a sum of Rs.500/- will be charged as penalty.

    
    

    Note 4: Name of the student may be struck off on the last consecutive day of the month, if fee along with a fine is not deposited.

    
    

    Note 5: Tuition Fee will be accepted on quarterly basis for the (April-June) & (Jan- March) quarter. However, for another month fees can be deposited monthly.

    
    

    Note 6: Fee will be accepted through cheques only except in unavoidable circumstances. You can send the same through your ward, too, thus saving you the trouble to come & pay the fees at the counter. Please make the cheque in favour of MASONIC PUBLIC SCHOOL and mention “A/C payee” & the amount in words & figures. On the reverse side of the cheque, please ensure to mention your ward’s name, class, admission number & the month/months the fees are being paid for.

2. Allocation of seats under EWS and Disadvantaged group category Total Seats:25% & of Total Admission

3. The Admission under EWS and Disadvantage group will be carried out through lottery system by the Directorate of Education Govt. of NCT Delhi.

Somerville Vasundhara is among most sought after schools in Vasundhara.( But few parents from last year have changed school as not satisfied with the school from last few years)

Also Evergreen Public School Vasundhara Enclave has first hand positive reviews with low fees.
