Suman, Salwan has not provided list of candidates with points. SPS Rajendra Nagar had a DOL today, and they displayed list of candidates participating in DOL with points

thanks for update....actually someone posted on FB list of candidates selected through DOL but today we visited school, they informed that all lists will be announced tomorrow only

Guidelines for Nursery Admission: 2021-22
1. The Application Forms for Nursery will be available in the school office from 26th February 2021
to 8
th March 2021 between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on payment of Rs. 25/-.
2. Admission Parameters:
3. Age Criteria for Nursery : Age 3 – 4 years on 31st March 2021 (Born between 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2018,
both days inclusive)
4. The parents are required to attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents with the application
form:
i.Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation record – (It must have the name of the child and the parents as
submitted in the application form)
ii. Current Residence Proof : (any one)
a. Ration Card issued in the name of parents
b. Aadhaar Card /Voter I-Card /Passport of any of the parents
c. Electricity/Water/ MTNL Bill in the name of any of the parents
d. Any other document supported by government
5. For Guardian (In case applicant not residing with parents) :
a. Authority letter by the parent (s) or an affidavit of guardianship
b. Recent photograph of guardian
c. Proof of residence
Issuing of Application Forms Friday, 26 February 2021 to Monday 8 March 2021
Last date for submission of forms
(No form will be accepted afterwards)
Wednesday, 10 March 2021 till 12 noon.
Display of the first list
(shortlisted candidates on the basis of the points criteria)
Monday, 15 March 2021 at 04.00 pm
Draw of lots (If required) Thursday, 18 March 2021 at 10:00 am
Display of the second list of candidates.

Verification of Documents

(Duly filled forms should be submitted in the school office between 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on Monday to
Friday (all working days).
Neighbourhood 40 Points
Sibling Studying in TSS 30 Points
First Born Child 20 points
Single Parent (widow/widower/divorcee ) 10 points
TOTAL 100 Points
6. For Sibling -Self-attested photocopy of ID-Card/ last fee slip of the sibling studying in this school.
7. For First Child- Affidavit by both of parents confirming that the child is their first born child.
8. For Single Parent (widow/widower/divorcee) - Legal Proof of custody of child/ death certificate in case of
death of spouse.
9. It will be the responsibility of the parents to see that the application form is complete in all respects. An
Incomplete Application Form in any given aspect will be rejected without any information. School will not
entertain any change once the form submitted.
10. All selections and admissions are done on the basis of the information given in the application form and the
documents submitted along with it. If, at any stage, the information is found to be incorrect/ false, the
admission of the child will be cancelled, the school reserves the right to reject any registration.
11. All photocopies of the documents and photographs submitted along with application form become the
official records of the school and will not be returned under any circumstances.
12. Parents are requested to keep checking the school website for new updates / Information.
Kindly Note:
The Fee must be deposited within mentioned dates or else the offer of admission will be declared null and void .In such a
case the child’s seat will be offered to the next candidate on the list. One may consider himself admitted only after
payment of all fees required at the time of admission. Subsequent withdrawal, or non-attendance on the required day will
mean the cancellation of the admission and no refund of any fee will be considered except for the caution money etc.
if applicable.
