1. Age Limit (a) For admission to Pre School (Nursery) the minimum age for admission shall be three years as on 31st March 2022 (children born between 01st April 2018 to 31st March 2019). (b) The Directorate has fixed the upper age limit for admission in Nursery, which is less than 04 years as on 31st March 2022. (c) The age relaxation for admission of upto 30 days may be granted in the minimum and upper age limit through a manual application given by parent. 2. Valid documents as proof of address: (a) Ration Card/ Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/ Father having name of child) (b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/ her parents (c) Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents (d) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/ water bill/ passport in the name of any of the parents or child (e) Aadhaar card/ UID card issued in the name of any of the parents Unregistered Rent Agreement will not be accepted as valid proof of residence. Points for neighbourhood will be allowed as per information furnished in the application form and the supportive documents submitted alongwith. No change will be allowed thereafter. Sibling – Copy of last paid fee receipt of the student studying in The Srijan School should be submitted alongwith the form.

Allocation of Points on the Basis of Criteria:-
Age Criteria:

• Age Eligibility: Child should be less than 04 years as on 31st March 2022 but should have completed 3 years. However, age relaxation up to 30 days maybe granted in minimum as well as maximum age limit in this class as per Circular No. (F.DE.15(172)/PSB/2016/4861-4871) dated 30th November 2021. Parents seeking age relaxation must also submit an application addressing Principal at the school reception for seeking this relaxation before 07.01.2022(Friday).

NOTE: -

•  Registration fee for form is Rs. 25/-
• Registration will be done ONLINE through our website www.mdhinternationalschool.co.in.
• Kindly recheck all the details carefully before submission of the form.
• School shall not be held responsible for the non-receipt of confirmation sent by post. Incomplete or incorrect applications shall be rejected.
• Only one registration per child is allowed. Multiple applications will lead to cancellation of registration.
• Admission will be granted subject to verification of documents submitted/uploaded with the form.
• Registration will be cancelled if the documents supplied by parent at the time of filling of form are found incorrect or false.

Documents to be submitted along with the Form (scanned copy-Limit size- 2MB per document)

• Passport size photograph(Child,Father & Mother each) with 80% face coverage in jpg/jpeg(Limit size 20kb) format only.
• Attach Google map for calculation of distance from school(aerial distance). For Example. Click here
• Age proof:- Scanned copy of Birth Certificate of the Applicant issued by Municipal Corporation.
• Address Proof (submit any one of the following):-

• • Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.
  • Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.
  • Voter I Card of any of the parents.
  • Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone bill/Water bill.
  • Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.

• For sibling, attach photocopy of school Fee Receipt of Quarter Oct-Dec for session 2021-22 of the sibling. Cousins and relatives are not considered as siblings.
• Caste certificate issued by SDM is required in case of SC/ST/OBC/Other, applicant and the parent.
• Medical certificate issued by Govt. Hospital is required in case of child with special needs/disabilities.

• No interview with parent / child.

• No weightage for parent's educational qualification, occupation or financial status.
