INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION

3. The admission schedule will be strictly followed; hence all deadlines may be noted.
4. ‘Criteria Points’ filled by parents should be accurate; these will be subsequently verified at the school end.
5.  Registration Fee of Rs.25/- must be deposited either online or at the school office.
6. Applicants must necessarily retain printout of the a) Acknowledgement Slip) Payment Receipt which will be required for further procedures.

In case after submission of the form the applicant identifies any error made by him/her, then the school must be approached as any amendment will only be possible at the school end.

THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION (OR ANY CORRECTION THROUGH THE SCHOOL) IS December  27, 2019. STRICTLY NO AMENDMENT / CORRECTION WILL BE POSSIBLE EVEN AT THE SCHOOL END AFTER December 27, 2019.

Criteria for Selection

A. General (Open Seats) - 96

a) Candidates shall be selected / admitted on the 100 point scale based on School specific criteria.

b) Admission under this category shall be made on 100 point scale based on the following parameters/ criteria which shall be fair, reasonable, well defined, equitable, non-discriminatory, unambiguous and transparent.

The 100 points shall be distributed on the following parameters.

Registration

Registration forms shall be available at the reception of the school on all working days from Friday, 29/11/2019 between 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on payment of Rs.25/- only.

The filled in Registration forms should be deposited at the reception of the school between 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on all working days. The last date for sale and deposition of application form for registration shall be Friday, 27/12/2019 upto 12:00 noon.

Online Registration

Parents can also Register Online, However the filled in Registration Form along with Rs. 25/- and the required necessary documents must compulsorily be submitted at the reception of the school between 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on all working days. The last date for deposit of application form for registration shall be 27/12/2019 upto 12:00 noon

(Online Registration is not mandatory)

Maam , do we have to submit the affidavits (first born/ girl child) at the time of submission of form or at the time of verification???

Do we need to keep it ready from now ?? Will it be needed during online/ offline submission?

It's School specific. Few school just ask for self declaration too. But if schools ask for it then submission of it is required.
